5 May ‘25 3pm. Online order for pickup at 3. Walk in at 3 and was ignored by 3 people for over 5 minutes. Finally girl at window asked if I’d been helped. She bagged my food which had been sitting there the entire time. She was apologetic. No sign of anyone working counter at all. In pics you can see what I ordered from website compared to what I received. Everything was cold and old. Gross.

Eric was just AWESOME. I met him the other day while going thru the drive thru. What a great attitude. I let him know on how nice it was to have a smiling kind person at the drive thru window. Today I went inside and there he was just as pleasant and with a big smilevon his face. He has wonderful manners. I’ve worked in fast food restaurants before. IT IS NOT AN EASY JOB AT ALL. people can be so rude. Even though you were polite and did your best to help them. His store was clean and his staff was working hard. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Normally Im not too picky on fast food- after all, it IS fast food.. however, yall managed to mess up my order to a level I have never quite seen before. Honestly im more impressed than mad.
The coke was flat, the Reuben soggy, Jalapeño bites were cold, I asked for an EXTRA broncoberry sauce and not only didnt get that, but only got one of the two that it normally comes with… Instead of two horseradish sauces, I got two Arbys sauces…
Granted, I should have checked my order before driving off, but I was in a hurry. I award you no points, and may the fast food gods have mercy on your souls

The other day i went they were OUT OF ROAST BEEF. I was in the drive thru today. I ordered a number 2 double and my husband ordered a box. I asked for arbys sauce. I was told it was in the bag. After getting home ther was 1 arbys sauce in the bag. Did they want use to split it? I usually use like 5 on my meal alone. Which is why I asked for it.

Cashier entered the wrong item. I corrected it as soon as I was handed the receipt. Said the cook would make the correction. No other customers were in the restaurant at the time.
Ten minutes later I was given the wrong item. I spoke to another associate who said it would be corrected. After waiting another 15 minutes and no food, I spoke to the manager, who acknowledged overhearing all the interactions. After 30 minutes I was given credit for the sandwich but not the fries and drink.
Buyer be ware is a wise statement and appropriate saying for the Rincon lication.

This Arby’s is horrible. Gives fast food a new name….SLOW! Got stuck in the drive thru lane with no way to escape for 30 minutes. Ordered the French dip combo. Asked for sweet tea and Arby’s sauce. When I finally got my food fries were cold, no French dip sauce, no sweet tea, no Arby’s sauce and no napkins in the bag! Not the first bad experience with this place but definitely the last!

I called to ask if they were open because of an early shutdown yesterday, Keri answered was an absolute delight. I arrive and Sage was so friendly and took extra steps to ensure my food was good despite my stuff being out, and Ashley is a delight to talk to.

The New management, I have eaten here for 17 years off and on, as of late the location in Rincon has made strides in customer service, food, and atmosphere. I actually enjoy eating lunch again.

Went the drive tru, and the cashier was one of the rudest humans I’ve ever encountered and I’ve met bill clinton. She got upset that she had to count change ( which was 2 dollars in quarters) and said I don’t count change? I really hope they let her go on to a better more suited job. She needs to not interact with people.

The employees in the back were complaining that they actually had a job but did not want to do it telling people this is not Burger King you can’t have it your way did not put cheese on a beef and cheddar sandwich did not get straws for the drinks horrible crew they should all be terminated and hire real people who want real jobs
