Seriously. When a receipt shows that someone has ordered horsey sauce for a DELIVERY and you STAPLE the bags shut, it is expected that the 7 packs of horsey sauce should be there when the driver collects the bag. But no, no sauces because it is listed as free or add-on … This is the only reason I can assume you refuse to put sauce packets in the bags. And no straw! This is not the first time you have done this to me and my family.

I just got home with the order I made at the Drive Thru at Arby’s in Richmond Hill, GA. The service was nice. The food ??? My order consisted of a Greek Gyro meal, two beef and cheddar sandwiches, two peach roll ups and a large jamocha shake. The total came to almost $32.00. The gyro was nowhere to be found. My husband tried to call there twice, but no one would answer the phone. Mistakes happen, but this place makes more mistakes than not. I still have the receipt and I will be taking it there tomorrow in hopes of speaking to the manager in person. They have some real winners working at drive thru restaurants in this area. Really sad.

If only one of you DAs would have answered the phone. Very, very poor customer service.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones. The only times I do is in extreme cases and this is one of them. I have never, ever received such a nasty, gross burger in a restaurant in my whole entire life as I received today. I did not see this until I got home and I unwrapped the sandwich. I have included photos to show just how nasty this roast beef sandwich was. It looks like it is weeks old-soggy and moldy. I have ordered from this establishment before with no problems. I will not be eating here anymore after the disgusting sandwich I was served.

I came to Arby’s for a late meal and Im so happy with the service I received at 10pm. Jarnad was great. Often times people just complain about fast food. But this time, I have no complaints. My food was fresh and I received excellent customer service.

This is absolutely unacceptable! This Arby’s store completely messed up my order, and I am beyond furious! I specifically ordered NO CHEESE because I am lactose intolerant, yet when I get home, my burgers are LOADED with cheese! On top of that, I asked for sauce packets, and they didn’t even bother to include a single one—no sauces, no napkins, nothing!
I immediately tried calling the store to get this fixed, but guess what? The first time, it just rang with no answer. The second time, suddenly, the line is “busy.” Yeah right, they’re just ignoring calls because they don’t want to take responsibility for their screw-up! This is ridiculous and unprofessional! They had ONE job, and they couldn’t even do that right!

Food is great every time. Service is a little slow, but it is worth the wait (fresh, tasty) so I guess you can’t complain too much. Please make a lane to circle the parking lot without leaving the entire property onto 17 and having to do a u-turn twice to get back to it. It’s a mess.

Very slow service. Fries were cold. Cherry pie had been over reheated in a microwave that made the icing melt & the dough a gummy mess. Will not go to this location again !! People working there were polite, but that didn’t make up for the awful service & food. Maybe just a bad day. They did however have a 100% rating from the health department.
