Haven’t been to this Arby’s for years, and it was really really good. The employees gave great customer service, they were patient while I ordered the food through the drive thru and they got the whole order right! The best part about it was the food. It was actually HOT and FRESH!

Beef and cheddar was cold and almost seemed old, normally I love the beef and cheddar. The curly fries seemed undercooked as they were like eating rubber. The only thing that was good was the coke.

Unfortunately it gets harder to come to this Arby’s each time.
Shrinkflation is alive and well here. Opened my bag and found the fry boxes barely full. The sandwiches were just so sad.
The inside is bare bones. No decor and furniture barely hanging on.
The staff are great however.

I was craving a French dip and we made our way to the Arby’s on Watson. This building is old and tired. The building itself could use some love. The staff were super friendly and very kind. The food was hot and fresh. Other than the condition of the building and the dining area needed cleaning, all else was good.

Photos in Arby’s window of the Angus Cheese Steak sandwich is NOTHING like the real thing which looks and tastes absolutely horrible. The drive-thru cashier was very uninviting too. Not even a nod much less a “hello”. The sandwich is salty, and the meat tastes like nothing I’ve had before. Not sure if angus can be used on animals other than cows. By pass Arby’s.

The gentleman in the driv thru is A1! The customer service was so amazing we were almost baffled. Appreciate it, they informed us that they were unable to fulfill one of request upon ordering ahead, which no where usually does this plus offered a solution to correct the fix.
We did the $2 for 7 french dip(2) plus the jamocia shake. Ordered ahead and spent $7.91 cause they have coupon for $3 off $10 spent..
