Ordered 4 of the roast beef classic. The meat was cut so thick and the edges were hard. It tasted like someone poured salt all over it. They were awful!

They took forever to even take my order in the drive thru. Then I waited almost 20 min for my food. If it takes that long you should at least get the order right. Nope I was missing an entire meal. Sandwich and potato cakes. Very poor service.

Ordered two meals, the roast beef on both meals was dried out with a rancid smell, red onions so old they smelt like gym socks. Reported them to local health department and filed a complaint with corporate. The level of disregard for health and basic food prep and handling standards are clearly not there. The owners and managers need to really get this place together. Find some employees that take pride in there work.

The staff was not ugly or anything but they lacked care in what they are supposed to be doing. My wife’s along with others food was cold out of the fryer. Several people had to come inside to get food they left out. Not a good experience. Even for fast food.

No sauerkraut, miniscule amounts of corned beef and Swiss cheese on my Rueben. Plenty of marbled rye bread, though. Overall, just a really pathetic sandwich. It’s a shame. They used to be quite good.

Showed up at around 10:35 PM, 25 minutes till closing. The lights and screen in the drive thru still on, no answer. I drove around the place twice to see what was going on, my second time driving around a worker walked out and we locked eyes, she darted away out of sight like she didn’t want to be seen. I stopped in the drive thru again, no answer. I get it’s the last hour of the day but seriously? At least lie to me and say you’re closed rather than ignore me. Poor service.

I stopped by today around 2 pm. I was the only person in line at the time. I ordered two Buffalo Chicken Sliders with light peppercorn sauce and a peach lemonade. Simple and easy. The lemonade was good. However, the slider came with some challenges. Although they were hot, the light sauce was nowhere to be found. I had to wipe sauce off of the first one. It was the only one that was edible. The second one was hot, old, burnt, extremely small, and a waste of product. I had no problem waiting for a slider that I could eat. Pulling the wrapper off also pulled off pieces of the bread. Very aggravated at the lack of care. This was the first chance I had at eating, and being pregnant and hungry was not a good combination. The young man at the window cared more about the conversation he was having and just handed me my change without the receipt. Before I could ask, he had already closed the window and was talking away. Not that he stopped talking except to tell me my change. I wish I had the time to come back and fix the problem.
