I got the 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10 deal along with some other items. Got home and the bag had 3 out of 4. I guess that is pretty good these days!

The restaurant had just opened so of course the food is going to be just cooked. We both got the smoked bbq sandwich. The first time I got this sandwich it was huge. This time it was meh. It still tasted good. The fries were hot & crispy. The service was meh. She took our order but wasn’t really friendly. The employees talked more to each other than to us. It’sabout the norm for a fast food restaurant. They just want you out of their face. Go eat your food & lets all go about out own business. The olace was clean & no one else was there.

Horrible! The staff that “work” there need to be retrained or let go. Bad attitudes, omg!!! Never going back, which is fine with them, I’d bet! 🙁 I asked for some sauce, and she looked at me with a scrowl on her face, “what, Arby’s sauce??” Good Grief. Ugh. Go somewhere else.

Ordered a Brisket Sandwich and a buffalo slider. The girl in the drive thru got it wrong even though i clarified twice that I wanted brisket and not pulled pork, so I ended up with a pulled pork sandwich. The spicy BBQ sauce is not good. The buffalo chicken slider usually comes with peppercorn ranch (at least I know it used to, and I don’t think they changed). Instead of ranch, mine came with half a slice of nasty plastic cheese. Only came because I had a gift card, and even still I’m extremely disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered online to pick up in store. When I arrived nobody greeted me nor did they come to the counter to get my order. When they did I was told they had no roast beef. Really. Someone had gone to another store to get some. It would be 20 minutes or more. It was more like 30 but I waited . Finally got my order but the crinkle fries were completely COLD and looked like they had been there for a long time. My cherry turnover looked like it was cooked days ago. It definitely was not prepared today. It was dry and didn’t even look worthy of letting anyone eat it. I was definitely disappointed.

This what I got at the drive through…was on lunch break got back to my job.. opened box…look like trash…suppose to be honey BBQ boneless wings and fries…they pour the sauce over everything…plus hardly was any fries in the box…the fries should have been in fries container to protect them…I was highly upset…

The staff was quick to take our order and polite. Our food arrived quickly. It was freshly made. I had the Kings Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich. My wife had the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was hot and tasty.
