Drive thru- food was perfect! Asked for fresh cooked fish- it was crispy and so hot it burned my tongue a little! Just perfect! lol

It’s fast food. So I don’t have big expectations of it being gourmet. It’s fast…. I can’t eat onions they really don’t agree with me. I can feel sick for a day or two after eating raw onions. I asked for no onions. I got onions on my sandwich. By the time I realized it wasn’t the way I wanted i was headed out of town, it was late and I didn’t want to go back to get it changed. Otherwise, it was good. Rated it as “ok.”

Went to Arby’s for dinner the other night and ordered a large french dip sub meal. To my surprise, it was almost $20!!! $17 Plus tax it absolutely ridiculous for 1 meal. Then I get handed this little, itty bitty cup…. I ask the cashier, “this is a large?” Who then says, “oh no” and then hands me the right size. I posted pictures so u can judge for yourself. If I’m paying that much money for food, how about give me the right size for one, for two, u think maybe putting enough meat on the damn bread so I could at least taste what I just spent a small fortune on. Absolutely the last time I visit Arby’s…. Horrible management and customer service, u should be ashamed to charge that much money for bread!!!!

This place is clean! The people are nice and sociable. The turkey ranch and bacon sandwich was juicy and flavored well. It will stay in your mouth for a long time after though!
The restroom was very clean, only one sink though. Over all this place was an enjoyable place to have a quick bite to eat!

After being pulled forward and waiting for my food for 15 minutes, I get home 20 minutes away to find out my order was missing one of the sandwiches. They weren’t even busy while I was there.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this Arby’s location due to a very rude employee at the drive-thru. While placing my order, she repeatedly cut me off by saying “we busy,” and rushed me away from the window even as I was trying to ask a question about my order. I’ve never encountered this kind of treatment at any other Arby’s, regardless of how busy they were.
This was my first time visiting this location, as I’m not from the area. Thankfully, the person preparing the food got my order right, because the drive-thru attendant made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she had long, multicolored braids and very long fingernails. Her attitude left a lot to be desired.
The food itself was good, but customer service is just as important—and this visit missed the mark.

Food was hot and fresh, and restrooms were clean, but the service was spectacular! Brehlen was kind, knowledgeable, and makes the best sweet tea I’ve ever had. Literally. I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves!!!
