My husband and I love this location (to the point that other locations are disappointing). Food normally takes a little bit but it is always fresh and hot. Service is always overly nice. Tyler was in the drive through tonight and he was super nice and managed well under pressure

I just left the Arby’s in Fort Oglethorpe Ga! I ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar, a medium fry, a small jalapeño bites, and a large root beer. I pay for my food and then proceed to pull up bc they told me it would be a wait for my jalapeño bites. TELL ME WHY they bring my food out and I get home just to find out my sandwich has NO CHEESE ON IT WHATSOEVER!! Are you serious?! Absolutely ridiculous! And I can’t even call them bc their phone number is not working it’s disconnected.

The drive thru is the worse here. My kids ask please can we have Arbys, my response is always, depending on the line. It’s not uncommon for me to sit at this one for 20 min ♀️crazy. My Daughter went in this time. Phew thank goodness. There were 4 cars in the drive thru… and she was inside for ten min. The line didn’t move ♀️she said her fries she got for my Dalmatian Yoshimura, were amazing she said! So a plus!

This location is by far the worst of the worst.I don’t think anybody at the store made it much past grade school and the manager I think they found in the Backwoods of Alabama. They damn sure don’t know how to do math much less speak to you in a clear nature and understand what you’re asking by simply saying I would like a sandwich plus add meat they offer three different size beef and Cheddars but they don’t know how to add extra meat to a sandwich without charging you for a whole nother meal again save your money and go elsewhere it’s not even worth it.

Drive thru wait time was a little long today. The lady that served was excellent and super friendly. After paying we had to pull up and wait again. Same excellent server brought order. Sadly we didn’t check bag before home and one sandwich was wrong. I mean 2 combos and a single sandwich was $30. That should’ve at least been correct!
