Service? None. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we were treated like we were a bother. Employees? Asleep in the lobby. Definitely won’t be back because this place was a joke haha. Just not a very funny one.

I visited the drive-thru on Monday, January 19, 2026 and felt so unwelcomed and like I was bothering the only employee I interacted with, Heather. When I ordered I was told the fries would have to cook. I kindly said I didn’t mind waiting the 3 minutes. When I paid Heather said “how are you?” I replied “I’m good, how are you?” She said in the rudest tone “well we just opened so” then she shut the window. I felt like a burden. If you know what time your store opens, why aren’t you prepared? One star because Heather has HORRIBLE customer service and is rude!

6/10/24 back and everything is very good. Will at the counter is great very friendly with an inviting smile! Fast drive thru and great customer service. This location has the best staff, very friendly employees that will go out of their way to help you. Orange cream shakes are great! Tried the hush puppy battered fish and was very pleased.

This was my first time visiting this Arby’s. The dining room was clean. The service was friendly. The food came quickly and was fresh and well prepared. I will eat here again. I had the bacon ranch burger with mozzarella sticks. Follow me for more ideas!
