We’ve eaten here a few years ago. It was always clean and good. However; today was horrible! The service was awful, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, if not years! One of the workers kept going back and forth from his car to the kitchen and never once washed his hands! We will not go back! It doesn’t take much to wipe tables and sweep the floors!

One of the worst restaurants in town. They close early, The fries and cheese sticks are often old and lukewarm at best. It is a shame what this place has become compared to what it used to be 20+ years ago.

Smh workers were very rude. My grandmother was told one price for hashbrowns and she questioned it and the manager said how long the lines it’s only like .30 or .40 cents difference, and then gave my grandmother to change slammed the window then proceeded to hand us our food. Food was cold my ham and Swiss croissant. Looks like someone flattened it fast food is the easiest job and people in Calhoun don’t have the common sense on how to do their jobs correctly

The customer service was adequate.
The curly fries were NOT! I was served fries that were mushy/soft with NO crispy exterior.
Arby’s curly fries generally have a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior.
I only stop at this particular Arby’s once a year but frequent others more often.
I just may be finding a different stop in Calhoun next year.

My husband went to the drive thru and got us the 9 piece nuggets and curly fries. Both were extremely over cooked.

They left my son food out of the bag after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. I went back up there and they still messed it up. I could hear employees using explicit language and referred to customer has the B word.

I love Arby’s, especially #14, with potato cakes. I drive truck, delivering freights in not only GA, also AL, SC, TN, and FL.
This location I visited about 5 times, I assume, I had pretty good experience with good foods, friendly members and not too far from highway.
I am so sorry to see some customers had not so good experiences. I wish they all had opportunities to forget all of that…

Food was average, and the service was slow.. womens restrooms, specifically the baby changing station, needs replacing. NO STRAPS to secure baby and the brackets where the straps were, are rusted and had sharp edges.

Guy behind the counter, got an attitude with my wife, when she couldn’t decide FAST enough to his liking. Then the girl that checks the orders, was too busy talking to her friend in lobby, to ensure the food was there. Will not be back, we will drive to Cartersville or Dalton!! This location sucks!!
