Friendly staff. Drive thru order was fast. To get from the highway to the drive thru took a couple of uturns to get into Arby’s parking lot since I was not familiar with the area.

Oh no, not again fast food! My Husband loves Arby’s. Whenever he craves it, I find something on the menu. We ordered a classic beef and cheddar for him and I ordered a jalapeno slider, ranch chicken wrap and curly fries. We were the only ones in line. They had us pull up to wait. I decided to go in because I didn’t tell them I wanted sauce. I noticed that they put the slider in the microwave. So I asked them for a fresh bun not in the microwave because of course it will only take a few minutes for it to be rock hard. They were helpful, there were only two of them there. One cooking and one working the drive-thru and front counter, but it made me feel very uncomfortable seeing that he was packing our food with no gloves on. This is not good. This is the reason why all of us are getting sick. Handling money and credit cards and then to not use gloves to touch food is bad. Then I get in the car and notice there were no jalapenos on my slider. I didn’t go back in. We will wait to see after we send this review to their website in hopes that they do better on prepping and handling food. Very dangerous!

Came here on November 8th kinda when they opened so had a little wait for my food. Kinda knew it was gonna be a wait so I was good with it. The nice lady named Brandy that took my order was such a nice person very friendly and inviting. Even remembered my name and asked me how my meal was when I was leaving. I wish had more interactions with such a nice person at these fast food restaurants. The food was good fresh and exactly what I ordered so I’ll continue my business with this location..please let this lady know that she was really appreciated by this paying customer

Attempted a drive through meal. Lady started to take order, gentleman interrupted and made me wait and wait and wait and wait. Gave up and went to Chic Filet. Worst Fast Food experience in years!

Arbys has a good selection of menu items and the food is always good and served in generous portion sizes. This location in Dawsonville is a really nice location to eat and it is one of the cleanest we have visited.
Service is always super fast and friendly here, you get your food fast and it has always been good. On my last visit, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and skipped the sides other than a large Tea. Good sandwich with lots of flavor and very fresh but I think I still prefer the Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Chick-fil-A for this item.

Mark was great! So refreshing to hear a positive and engaging voice at the drive thru window. My food came quickly and correctly, and Mark’s Jamocha shake suggestion was amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

Two years ago I left 4 stars, but I’m decreasing it to 3. It’s about average for an Arby’s. There is always something off when we order… either forgetting sauces, missing a chicken tender, half full fry carton, etc.. I wish that it was consistently great. I would certainly order more!

I am shocked! I was disappointed and a little insulted that my Arby’s roast beef classic was poor quality and not my usual delicious sandwich. So thin and dry. Never have had even a good experience at this location. 🙁
