The 1st beef and cheddar sandwich I got had almost no beef on it whatsoever, so I had to take it back. The 2nd one was much better. The crinkle fries were mostly end pieces and were hard. Overall I don’t think I will be going back to this location for a very long time!!! I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone eat here.

I usually don’t do ratings on fast food unless it’s a bad experience… In this case it was an excellent experience. We were greeted right away, very friendly counterperson took our order. We no sooner got our soda cups filled and our order was ready! 5 minutes later the same gal came out and asked how everything was and if we needed any more sauces or anything. Another counterperson came out a little bit later and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for us like top off our beverages. This is a level of service I have rarely seen at a fast food, and this particular Arby’s was probably the best. Kudos to the crew at this location for sure!

I feel like Arby’s sometimes doesn’t get the praise it deserves. There is hardly ever a drive thru line and it moves fast if there is. Order is always correct. Food is fresh and hot. And they give you extra sauce when requested and are not stingy.

The rest of the food was okay. We drove 30 minutes home before eating, so obviously it wasn’t hot and fresh, which isn’t their fault. However, the curly fries were only this full for the large. The crinkle fries that we ordered weren’t much better. They were closer to the top, but not by much. A couple of our jalapeño poppers didn’t even have a jalapeño in them! I had never had that happen at Arby’s before.
I would say it was a rather disappointing visit.

My little sister has just passed away today at 1pm. I’m traveling to N.C. in order to assist with my little sister’s burial. On my way there, I decided to get something to eat from Arby’s in Commerce, GA. No one spoke or acknowledged my presence when I came into the restaurant. I stood for about a one minute until a polite young man helped me. I specially ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich with extra mayo, two slices of Swiss, lettuce, and extra onions. The young man was nice and tried to be helpful, however not as knowledgeable as the others working there when it came to the register. When I received my sandwich, I was missing one slice of cheese and only had two slices of onion. I alerted someone that my order wasn’t correct. When the cook in the back was informed of this, he took two of the SMALLEST pieces of onions, a slice of cheese, threw them in the box and flipped it over. Another employee watched him do this and brought the box to me. I opened it and the employee saw my facial expression and immediately knew that what the cook did wasn’t right and offered to get me some more onions. This was order #231 Station K01 4:08pm. I’m not going to eat this sandwich because now I’m thinking that something was done to it. Not satisfied at all.
