I got me the Apple pie shake, and I am a southern folk here at TruJeepers and the shake did not come close to taste in like an apple pie! The inside of the restaurant looks like a 5 Star Pl. but you only get three star service through the drive-through what’s up with that?

No one in the drive-through. 2 cars on property. Ordered only the roast beef sandwich. Went through the drive-through. The kid working the window was very polite. Got on the interstate My sandwich was cold. Nothing at all warm about it. I usually go to Whataburger. Thought I would try something different. This won’t happen again. Didn’t know if I should eat it or not or if it been just sitting out on the counter for 30 minutes It’s nice to have a hot sandwich to bite into when you get off work.

Had an Arby’s French dip for the first time. Brought me back to the French dips I used to get in elementary school. Very good. Love the Arby’s and Horsey sauce mixed together with fries.

Idk what went wrong- but it needs to be corrected. The drive thru workers are the most impatient and rude people I’ve ever experienced this with. They never apologize for when they’re simply not listening. My orders are never correct. They put a dab of cheese on the classic beef n cheddar. A. Dab. And don’t even get me started on sauces- thank God I check the bag bc I wouldn’t have marinara with my mozzarella sticks. And I wouldn’t have two cheese cups that I paid extra for bc the amount of cheese that is originally on the sandwich is offensive. They’re always annoyed when you even ask for sauces. Do. Better.

Definitely do not recommend! First, I had a coupon received in the mail- I live 3 miles from the Arby’s so it should be for that restaurant, but I was told “it’s not in our system” and then sold a “deal” that was LESS FOOD for MORE MONEY. In retrospect that was my sign to leave… the sandwiches were sloppy and poorly assembled which created a mess, the fries and cheese sticks were old and cold- no cheese pull here! And the worst was the “ premium chicken chunks” which were nothing but dried out hard batter- not even edible. Don’t waste your time or money!

Just went through the drive thru about 15 mins ago. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich; they forgot the cheddar like always and my roast beef was completely red and uncooked. The other sandwich in our meal was fully cooked(brown)- which is what it should be. So disappointing.

My husband and I decided to stop in at this Arby’s located on Lanier Islands Pkwy. in Buford.
The food and service were excellent. I shared with my husband its been a long time since we’ve had service from a fast food restaurant like this.
Catalin their employee was so personable and made sure we were taken care of.
Patrick who is a great district manager also took awesome care of us too. I can honestly say, this young man loves his career, his employees and his customers.
