As is common in the post-Covid world this place has a hard time keeping adequate help. Frequently the dining room is closed leaving only the drive-through open. Other times there aren’t even enough employees to stay open at all and they are forced to close. It’s always a gamble whether or not you’ll be able to eat there on any given day. The environment is typical fast food – nothing bad, nothing special. Food quality is always good.

Commendations to the Blairsville Arbys….on Wednesday 1 March 23, Daniel was in charge of drive thru window..he politely asked me to be patient and look over the menu. There was 10 or more cars in line but Daniel never sounded rushed. He and one young lady were running the store by themselves..it was 6:00 so it was a busy time.

Such a disappointment. Tried to go through the drive-thru at 6:15….not open. Tried to go inside…door locked. There were employees standing by the drive-thru window, so what are they getting paid for? This is a newer store, hardly ever open, need better management or something. Waste of space for another restaurant that could actually serve this community.
