First we were parked because they didn’t have fries ready. When we got them they were definitely not freshly fried. The customer service person acted like she was not going to make it another minute. We had to go back to get Arnie’s sauce, ketchup, straws and napkins. I don’t mind paying for something but I expect to get what I pay for. Good luck to everybody else.

On our way home from a funeral, we stopped for a quick bite. I used the app to place our order. First problem: the app does not have a dine in option. Second problem; I love the Beef N Cheddar, but not the Onion Roll bun. There is no option to change the type of bread. So I ordered to go but told the person at the counter that we were eating here to avoid having it bagged. To get my sandwich, I ordered the Double Roast Beef and added the Cheddar Sauce and the Red Ranch. I also love the Strawberry Lemonade, so I had to get one of those. My wife ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich with a Sweet Tea. The app allowed me to pay online. The order was processed quickly, and we got our food moments later. After eating the delicious food, we were back on the road within 30 minutes. This location is highly recommended!

Staff and front counter not attentive to guests. Long wait time to order and long wait times to receive food. Twice I’ve been in a row, during slow times!! Older guests in there also mentioned being ignored! Staff cutting up loudly behind the sandwich area.

The cashier working the drive-thru window was super nice and absolutely none of this is her responsibility. However, I was highly disappointed and disgusted with the Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries I received. It was given to me in a hamburger box, toppings smashed and was given curly instead of the requested crinkle fries. To treat a customer this way by serving subpar food is unacceptable.

Everyone talks about the service at Chick-fil-A because it’s so popular, but the drive thru people at Arby’s are exceptional! Every time I go through, they are so nice. Not just nice, but they put the extra zing on it. I don’t even truly like Arby’s food, just a flavor thing, but I’ll come for the shakes and the sweet greets!

We get bad experience everytime we go it seems..they either don’t have milkshakes or don’t know how to make them or don’t have the whipped cream topping or chocolate sauce or they calling you baby honey darling …sickening so guess we’ll be spending our money elsewhere
