Really bad experience with this Arby’s. People working there not paying attention to customer since they are chatting between them back and forth. May be thats why they did a messy sandwich or maybe not because I see now that a lot of people is complaining about this place. I order a beef and cheddar sandwich but what they gave me…. I have no clue. Since is a nasty looking messy of something, I can’t call that beef. Nasty nasty looking food.

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The lady who took our order was staring off into the distance while we ordered and made us feel like we were bothering her for even being here. She chastised me when I was confused about the “we don’t do combos here” thing. She got our order almost entirely wrong. 2 sandwiches and one of them was wrong. Both fries were wrong. No receipt. And look at the sorry state of this burned thing. How do you mess up this bad?

No Arby’s Suace, no marinara for the mozzarella sticks, all told to you after you’ve ordered and paid. Then they take 20 mins to get the food out when it’s not busy. J on now this is an airport location so my expectations are low but wow, they still came in way under.

The absolute worst. Order taker was really slow but seemed quite mellow and happy (hint hint). The man attempting to assemble orders was completely lost but very very happy. Very broken English asking customers randomly if this was their order. One person in back completely confused. 40 minute wait after me repeating my order. They weren’t using order number on receipt at all. Couldn’t read English I assume. Total guesswork. Calling out orders to nobody since people were literally walking away leaving meal to catch flights. I’m normally very patient especially at airport fast food place but it wasn’t that crowded. Maybe 8-10 of us cracking jokes about the non English speaking workers. Sending walkups to Fridays as it was much faster. Food was greasy, slopped together when I finally told someone just give me anything. I got a #1 I think. Couple bites. Into trash it went. This place is in term E. International flights are many. Imagine the first impression of U.S. from foreign visitors. What an embarrassment.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this I had to get out, I was there for dinner service, the lady I guess she’s not from here but can speak broken English, SHE IS BY FAR THE WORST!!! I think her name was nabou nafou something along those lines, she is incredibly LOUD! her attitude is anything but nice, her customer service needs to be addressed, while I waited on my food all she did was SCREAM! Everything she said was in all CAPS my God! She’s RUDE, LOUD, UP NOTUS WITH AN NASTY ATTITUDE! I definitely will not patronize this restaurant again

Took forever to pick up order. They deleted the order screen and started pulling orders based on your receipt. People had waited 10 minutes for order and people that just ordered gave them their receipt and got their orders. It was a mess. Then once we finally got our order the chicken was so thin you could barely see it. Roasted beef was ok. Overall a disaster!

Mediocre food, mediocre service. Ordered curly fries got crinkle cut. The employees didn’t have a care in the world, probably wished there weren’t any customers to deal with. Place was dirty, lots of food and garbage on the floor behind the counter. There are plenty of other options in the airport, think twice before trying this one.

I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket at the Atlanta airport based on the picture on the menu board. What I got was a completely different, messy sandwich with some weird-looking meat. It was nothing like what I’ve had at the location in Kingston, ON. On top of that, the service was terrible.
