Well, it was kinda sad too see the employees dragging their feet like they’re forced to be there with a defeated glaze over their faces, try to order is like… no juice, only have the classic, no combos, only crinkled fries. Try to be nice “thanks” “appreciate it” just ignore you with silence. I wish them well. Food was fine.

Simply, disgusting taste of Brisket. Mostly fat bacon, cold. Fries over fried and just tiny burned pieces. Also they did not have DrPepper and offered just a Coke. Personnel slow and lazy letting you know that costumers trouble them. Arby’s no more!!!

It was clear the workers were trying. However with being so short staffed the options were limited…Limited to the point where you could only order two things. We also weren’t notified about this until we were already to the front of line, after waiting almost fifteen minutes to order. They seriously need to hire or staff more. It should not take almost twenty minutes to get food.

Ordered a large curly fry and was given a half empty fry. This was after they were frustrated that I wanted to wait for curly fries to be made instead of ordering crinkle fries when they found out they did not have curly until 4 minutes later. I was alright waiting any deal of time, but was given a half empty large fry (shown in picture) and a glare from the agitated employee. I was not rude or pressing, I’m not sure why there was frustration.

I absolutely love Arby’s since I’m from the west coast. I was so excited to see an Arby’s during our layover and stood in the long long line to get me and arbys classic with extra cheese sauce. Finally I got to the front of the line and was ordering my usual however I wanted a different bun. At first she ordered me what I wanted but couldn’t understand me when I asked for a different bun type. Then proceeded to get frustrated when I tried to explain it to her better and decided the were out of cheese sauce all of the sudden. I asked her how that could be as 2 seconds ago she was ordering me a classic with extra cheese. She proceeded to ignore me and talk to the next customer in line. I saw another worker who happened to be the manager and asked her, she proceeded to talk in a different language to the first worker who then told me no cheese and walked away.

I thought a classic sandwich was fool proof for a quick bite between flights but clearly not. Service was very short & rude and the sandwich was gross. Bun was soggy and roast beef tasted as if it had been under a heat lamp for days.
