I ordered the 3 meat box today around 3pm and everything was old and reheated. My fries were cold and basically crumbs not one full size curly fry in the whole bunch. The roast beef sandwich was reheated the edges of the beef were burnt and the peach roll was hard and burnt and taste like it was soaked in butter. The 2 mozzarella sticks were the only decent feature of the entire meal.

Today I place a simple order for 4 mozzarella sticks at the drive thru windows. When I got to the cashier she stated that she could not take my receipt at the window because they weren’t taking receipts at the drive thru window. There is absolutely no sign anywhere on their drive thru monitor that states that! I asked for a manager some other young lady comes to the window stating that they get in trouble for deleting a order with corporate…. this was bizarre because I sat at that window almost 10 minutes and then the lady who I guess was the manager walks up does a one second transaction to input my coupon! The light skin young lady with a ponytail also called a general manager or someone on the phone and I’m hearing her tell three people who were standing at the window with this issue that I needed to tell them I had a coupon at the speaker but take it this time …..the girl with the ponytail told me to pull up and wait for my order which I proceeded to walk in because I did not trust either of them with my food order so I walked in to watch them make my food ….the young lady then proceeded just to hand me my stuff and walk off I will never come to this Arby’s again…. there are too many places to spend money and buy food…. and I will be definitely letting my neighbors know that live in the vicinity of the poor customer service…. the employee’s name is Jamie on my receipt

The food and service here is SO inconsistent. If you’re going to show up for work, at least do the job all the way . The last time I was there, my gyro was VERY greasy and just nasty. The fries was also cold. And the employees were so boring even after I tried to talk to them.
This time, the service was better but the food was garbage. I tried the burger and my lettuce was so dirty and wilted!! It’s SO crazy because I usually never check my lettuce at fast food restaurants because most of them have a procedure to prevent this. But something told me to open up the sandwich and I’m so glad I did. It took away from the experience of the burger though! Ugh idk maybe I’ll try a different location.

This was our first time eating Arby’s “Fish.” This location had really good customer service. One order was: Hawaiian Fish Deluxe, and Fries and our other order was Classic Fish and Fries. The food was hot, and it was good. Be careful walking in the lobby and bathrooms because the floors were slippery (on the day we ate there).

This is one of the best examples of a good franchise being marked by terrible service. For the last year or more I’ve watched this location routinely close early. Sometimes up to an hour before closing and no one is answering the drive-through window. If you don’t want to stay open until 11 why not just post the actual hours you want to be open so I don’t consistently drive here for NOTHING?

We were out & about and got a little hungry. We hadn’t had roast beef in a while & decided to stop. I saw the new Wagyu Burger & wanted to try it.
Well…It was pretty good, but it been sitting out for a few minutes because it was barely warm !?
I also got the curly fries (noticed the cashier looking towards them…which were very few “remaining” ones left, which are the ones given to me), but they were kinda dry & lacked a little flavor.
I noticed a liquid on the floor in front of the drink machine, which sat there for a good little while…until someone brought to the manager’s attention !?
I went to the restroom (which appeared & smelled clean) to wash my hands & noticed the paper towel dispenser was empty. As I turned towards the stall, I noticed the exhaust fan was caked with dust !?!
Anyway…there ya go.
On a more positive note…it wasn’t busy, the workers were friendly, & the milkshake was thick !!!

Awful customer service…the young man at the counter didnt have the best attitude, the manager had to make him get up to take my order. So I just left. I only have it 2 stars because the place was clean.

I ordered a double patty burger and only had one patty on the burger. I ordered an apple turnover. There was no apple turnover in the bag. It’s shameful to have to pull your food out of the bag and open the wrapped sandwiches to check if the food is correct, when they verify that they took the order correctly when you get to the window.
