This Arby’s is tops for a fast food place. First Jose was friendly and greeted us by asking how we were doing before taking our order. Our food came promptly like fast food should. What really wowed us was seeing them clean. The benches and chairs were moved to thoroughly sweep under them. I’ve haven’t seen that happen except in homes. The entire place was neat and clean, bathrooms too.

did not give the dipping sauces that I ordered. sandwiches were tiny. this type of stuff is why I’ve largely stopped going to Arby’s. increasingly smaller portions and refusal to make things as requested even though the requests are available online. Even at buy one get one free it feels like kind of a rip off.

The Italian dip was good, had some heat with it from the jalapeños added along with red peppers,,but they provide a bowl to dip the sandwich is why I scored it 3 out 5. The bowl is not big enough the sandwich and they only put about an inch of ah juice. The meat and peppers fall out into the juice because of the lack of juice. It was extremely messy and I was unable to dip it and get the juice. I told them they needed more ajuywhich they did not give me more half of my sandwich fell apart kidding it

Lousy experience. My roast beef was cold on my sandwich, I asked for HOT fries got them lukewarm. Definitely won’t go back as I work near this location and won’t recommend to coworkers or anyone else. I didn’t call to voice the complaint, was too tired after working 13hrs.

Manager Ken Neville is terrible. Doordash brought us the wrong food. Not his fault but when i called his response was “well it’s sitting here but we aren’t remaking it” Great customer service Ken. No wonder your store has less than 4 stars.

With all my heart, I WISH I was making this up….. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and didn’t even make it a third through before I looked at the sandwich I just bit into and found half of a bug… I’m sick to my stomach. Thankfully I spit it out in time, but I’ve never been so disgusted. I took a chance in the first place, but never again!
