Maybe hire people that acknowledge they applied for their position. Or if that’s biased then maybe offer the staff therapy. There’s no need to be rude and have a stank attitude when getting orders wrong. I simply asked if they can fix and when an argument arose, I let them keep the order, didn’t even care to ask for a refund, it’s my fault for even giving it a try in the new year. Arby’s won’t see me again either, I hardly stop at one and now this seals it.

My mom came in and there was this one white girl that was extremely disrespectful. Terrible customer service had an attitude not appreciated. She acted like she didn’t wanna be there. This type of service is unacceptable She asked about some fries and the girl said “” does it look like I packed your order or took your order? This is unacceptable. I also called plenty of times. No answer. Also unacceptable. Customer service for that was terrible.

This was the best experience I have ever had at an Arby’s. Let me set the scene for you: two 21 year old girls ready to eat food after we both had work earlier. We settled on Arby’s as it was nostalgic for me and she enjoyed it as well. As we pull into the drive through immediately vibes are off the charts, us two self proclaimed comedians, were matched immediately. The man on the other end was very helpful and responded to our quips with his own. When we arrived to the window we were met with a hilarious conversation that pursued while he dropped our food into the fryer. I will not elaborate much on the conversation due to the nature of chain fast food firing employees over menial internet posts, I will say it entertained us and we will now always seek guidance and leadership from Mr pickle. These gentlemen really turned our night around, thank you to Cade, Destiny, and Mr. Pickle.

There’s no need to have rude attitudes with customers when it’s the employees FAULT for getting the order wrong. Some white girl with a bun was being EXTREMELY rude. Terrible customer service. 1 STAR. If she doesn’t want to work there then maybe she should QUIT. And she WILL meet the wrong person one day and they will not go for that rudeness of hers and her smart mouth.

I am ADDICTED to Arby’s. I ❤️ it here! My food is almost always fresh. The crew is efficient, pleasant, and I have no complaints. I once came a bit late, close to closing time and my fries tasted/smelled of old oil. I learned don’t come right before closing. This is one of my favorite locations. Where I live, the Arby’s are awful. I don’t bother eating there but when I’m in Temple….this is my home Arby’s! I’ve been eating Arby’s since I was a child. I never tire of this place. FYI: the salted caramel chocolate chip cookie is what dreams are made of! I heard their burgers are pretty good as well. I’ll be back, soon hopefully. Thanks!
