The cashier was dry when we walk in. We started to order and expressed we wanted a number one ☝️ “double” and I said could she make that three number one (beef & cheddar) doubles all curly fries and we also wanted a number two half pound beef with curly fries! I asked her if she got all that and she said yes we sat down and they called for our order we had 3 number 2 doubles and my half pound with cold fries. My husband and I went up and told her our order was not correct and she turned her back on us and mumbled something. When I expressed I was unhappy with her attitude and her performance she was upset (didn’t handle it like a professional) her manager just looked at me wired and stood there. I told her I wanted it fixed , we paid for a certain meal she said all we was missing was the bun and cheese and gave me the cheese to add myself add. When I went back to sit down they laughed and made mockery of the situation. We felt uncomfortable and certain that we will no longer be eating at any Arby’s. The customer should be treated with respect and our concerns addressed with a positive attitude. We work hard for the money we spend. And should not feel bad for asking them to fix their mistakes.

Bought the Fried Turkey Gobbler today and really wish I had checked it before I drove away. Got home to unwrap a sandwich with 2 onions, turkey, some cranberries but absolutely no stuffing..This has happened a few times before with different orders. Thinking I will drive the the further away Arby’s next time we want to eat there..

The employees here are dry just like their fries. Their sandwiches are decent, but their fries are always dry as a bone. The employees have no personality either. They don’t greet you or smile at you at all.

Always superb service and staff! Food always hot and delicious! Update- visited again this week, staff always friendly. Just noticed this sign, “No McFibs Just Real Ribs, Limited Time Only”. This location is right next door to McDs. I couldn’t help but find that hilarious!

Whoever pissed off the guy at the window – do better. He never asks you to repeat anything and gets the entire order correct no matter how large. I pray he’s there when i go to this arbys honestly because i have a household of 7 and ordering anything anywhere thats not online is the biggest pain it the butt because theres so much. But im guessing a manager or higher has said something thats unnecessary to that guy and yall need to lay off it. Im gonna be honest – he’s probably the only reason anyone ever has anything nice to say about this location. I didn’t get a copy of my receipt unfortunately or id have done the survey again to point out despite his unfortunate attitude that dude is still the best employee at that location so much so ive driven out of my way to go to that one.
