I will admit I was pleasantly surprised. The person who took my order appears to also be the person who was working the window and both interactions were pleasant and efficient. My order was correct and quickly prepared. It seems like half the time at a drive-thru the order is wrong, there is some confusion, there is always some issue, sometimes. It’s a long wait, sometimes. It’s a poorly trained person,. Absolutely none of that on this visit to this location. I will definitely consider going here first before anywhere else based on this experience.

If i could give 1 star I would. Took my mom through the drive thru to get food for my parents. Got my dad a number 2 and my mom wanted a large fry with no salt (has to limit intake). No cars in front or behind us at the time. When we paid, we got our drink and was told to pull forward as they were waiting on the fries. Totally normal. Well 11 minutes later, still nothing!! I decided to pull around and just go inside. I understand things happen. When the counter lady finally asked (after waiting an additional 5 minutes in line) the window girl said she thought it had been taken out. They said they would remake it. As we were waiting, a few employees started making comments about people wonder why they get backed up, going through the drive thru with special orders just for no salt!! My mom is deaf so she couldn’t hear the rude comments, but i can!!! Extremely bad business!!! I will not be back

Good service, the food was not as good as normal and the portions seems smaller than normal. Prices are getting out of hand for what it is. You can actually go to a nice long lunch sit down restaurant for the same pricing. Food was fast though if youre in a hurry

Occasionally I stop in here for lunch. Today I ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap combo. The wrap itself was very tough almost stale like. And about half way through my meal I felt I took a bite of plastic. That is exactly what it was. Made into my wrap and luckily I didn’t eat it. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed with staff immediately.

I ordered a turkey and Swiss WRAP and received a sandwich instead as well as a salad with NO tomatoes but received one with tomatoes. However, they were kind enough to fix the mistake. I don’t blame the people making the food, because it was an error on the person who entered the order because it was wrong on the recipt. At least they did add that I did not want tomatoes, onion, or mayo on the wrap, which I am grateful for. Usually this location does a good job, so I am hoping this was an isolated event and I can return next time with no issues.

Normally this place is fine but every now and then the service just falls off a cliff. Today i ordered one sandwich and some potato cakes. I had to give the order four times because they kept repeating it back wrong. Then they didn’t drain the potato cakes coming out of the fryer, so they were so greasy they soaked through the bag. It left grease stains on my car upholstery and ruined the hat i had in my front seat.
