We tried the Fried Turkey Sandwich, the Steak Bowl with Mac & Cheese and fried onions, and a side of Fries.
The Highlights
Mac & Cheese (in the Steak Bowl): This was a surprising standout! The Mac & Cheese was genuinely flavored, which is something I never expect from a fast-food place. It was highly enjoyable.
Fried Turkey Club Sandwich and Fries: The overall impression of these items was that they were very flavorful.
Area for Improvement
Steak Bites (in the Steak Bowl): While the steak itself was surprisingly tender and not tough, the flavor was slightly off. It tasted too much like beef jerky instead of fresh steak.

I went to Arby’s on south cobb Saturday night 1/10/26. I ordered Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich for me and order big 3 for my child!! Mind you i had to be pulled up to wait on my food all for me to get home and my food looked like something you will serve a dog!! Per slop nasty. The fact the cook or whomever fixed my food a gave it to me looking how it looked says a lot about customer service and management! Now on time manger he was little nice but to solve the issue he should’ve comp my meal on top of a refund after wasting my time!! It was either refund or something. He personally should’ve went to remake my fish sandwich but no. So therefor i was left upset and hungry! Do better please this is unacceptable!!!!!!

I lost $48.00 with food delivery from this horrible Arby’s. Food delivered by Uber Eats and bag had clearly been tampered with; the seals were wet, broken and bag torn. The food inside bag was cold. Clearly me and my family weren’t going to eat the food inside this torn apart bag. Uber Eats said they’d investigate. Pics were sent over to them Not resolved and I’m not happy about Uber Eats lack of response. I have lost so much money with food deliveries. It’s time to stop ordering through delivery services. Shame on Arby’s and Uber Eats for taking my money. These delivery people who steal food and tamper with the bags should be arrested for theft by taking and criminal intent to harm; something!

I gave up on Arby’s. The customer service has really fallen off over the years. I bit the bullet and stopped at one I think off of ATL Rd? Was in or close to Smyrna by a couple motels where you drove in from the back. Anyway they made my curly fries hot as requested and made my brisket sandwich as I requested although Arby’s doesn’t give the generous portions anymore on their roast beef sandwiches. I might go back again (my first time in 3 yrs)

I went to try the new steak bites after seeing the commercial several times, but I was not impressed. I felt like they were overcooked and didn’t have a good flavor. I had to dip them in something to finish them(luckily I had a sauce in my car from my previous day’s lunch), because I didn’t want to waste my money. The customer service was great & the atmosphere was nice.

Disappointing. I came here on my 30 minute lunch break on the wrong day at the wrong time. There were about 20 of us waiting on our food, literally.
Apparently someone’s had a very bright idea to schedule an inspection between 12:30pm & 1:00pm during lunch time (for most) and even the lady who took the order seemed to be irritated because she stepped off to the side and got on her phone and possibly call her manager and even went as far as taking a picture of a full lobby. I asked for “fresh out the fryer” food and it wasn’t even hot enough to slightly melt the cheese. It was a good flavor but the presentation was horrible and I didn’t want to be difficult so I didn’t request a refund. I don’t eat Arby’s but my co-worker wanted to eat there so I came but never again. All the food was luke warm/cold and the fries were overcooked, the picture actually give it too much justice.

For a small operation the manager was sweet and nice along with the employees a great smile and the place was clean and freshly updated , I’m not a fast food person but I’d eat here

The food can be as good as it wants, but maybe do some quality control on customer-facing information? Your own website will list a store’s everyday hours as only going until midnight, but then right above it tell you that it’s open until 1am. How much AI slop is getting thrown around behind the scenes?

Food prices are ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. We only go here if we’re starved because it costs so much. The food is good, the service is friendly and the restaurant has been recently redone. It’s just a shame we won’t go more often because the prices are off the chart.
