Arby’s is stupidly expensive for fast food, but it tends to be really good… The service at this location makes this Arby’s a waste of your time and money. I’ve ordered from here three times, and not once was it correct. I’m either missing food, the drinks are completely wrong, or the portions are horribly small… I don’t understand what’s so hard about this. Everything is already pre-measured and sized for quick and easy order fulfillment. All they have to do is heat it up and put it in a bag. What is so hard about putting fries in the container. Fill it up! Why are all of the containers only filled a third of the way? Do I need all of those fries? No! But did I pay for them? Yes! Did I pay way too much for them? Oh yeah, waaaaay too much!… I hate this location.

1st time at Arby’s. Just wanted a late night snack and had coupons.
They were polite, even though it was closing time. They allowed us to use multiple coupons, and the best part…?
$1 small chocolate shakes. OMG DELICIOUS!!! And we could get up to 3 with one coupon!! Also, the small shake was not a miniature version it was a regular size shake.
WHAT A BARGAIN!! AWESOME!!!

I make sure that I turn my truck off at the drive-through and speak clearly. It’s not my fault you put the order in wrong.
Wrong sandwich size and wrong flavor shake. Only thing that was accurate was the drink with no ice. And since when did the large shakes come in small containers drink container?
It’s lunch rush. You don’t have time for mistakes. And I don’t think you have time to charge extra for your mistakes to make it right. I’m sure this is my unpopular opinion.

Great experience! I want to give Mendy a shout out for being so patient and kind with my 2 year old. And also shout out Matt for helping bring the food to our table. I truly appreciated the help. It was nice to feel welcomed in a place with a toddler. The place was also clean.
