Very slow. Every time I come here, I have to pull to the front to wait for my food. Not figuratively but literally every time. This time there was a car ahead of me who had to pull to the front so I had to wait at the window for several minutes. Good food but it’s definitely not fast. Not anymore anyway.

I can’t believe they didn’t even give me fries! I’m joking it was so good I devoured it instantly. I did drive through and i immediately got helped and was able to order. Paid and instantly got my food. I haven’t eaten Arby’s in a while but this time I got the Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Meal. The fries were so good and still hot. The sandwich was really good as I don’t usually like their sandwiches. It had garlic flavor like stated and had onion rings in them. I would definitely recommend this location! They also gave me a ton of ketchup when I asked for some. The beef was also very tender and fell apart when I pulled at it.

Came into the Resturant and had to ask to be acknowledged after 5 minutes at the counter. A young gentleman finally showed up and told the manager on duty that I was standing there waiting for my order to be placed. The manager turned around and looked and continued helping the members at the drive-through for another 5 to 6 minutes. I eventually put my order through online. She came to the counter eventually and said, can I help you, and I told her that I placed the order online and she seemed to have taken an attitude at that time. I will not come back to this location. There is extremely poor customer service and poor attitude from the management staff.
