I ordered the 7.99 Meat & 3 and it was horrible!!!! Food was not fresh and hot all!!!! Like it had already been cooked and was on hold until someone ordered the item. My Fish Sandwich was hard and cold, the bun was terrible and so was the Potato Cakes cold like everything else. The Mozzarella Sticks were halfway doable and Peach Cobbler was just ok but at least it had some temp on it….. Doubt seriously if I ever eat here again!!!! Telling everyone I know please don’t waste your time eating here cause you will definitely be throwing money away….

What is up with Conyers lately? Luckily I ordered on the app and didn’t have to order inside. I came in and it wasn’t anyone in line. The young woman behind the counter didn’t greet me. She didn’t even ask me for my order. She was just looking at the screens and filling mobile orders. I waited patiently. Maybe 2-3 minutes went by and another customer walked in (happened to be a white woman/I’m a black man). The young woman looked at her and said, “how can I help you?” Mind you there was another black man waiting for his order when I got there. We had already looked at each other prior to the woman coming in and laughed about how she was ignoring me. So when she asked the woman for her order we both started laughing again. I told her I was there first and she said she sorry and that she thought she had took my order. I told her I had a mobile order and gave her my name and she got my food off the counter, as it was already ready. It had been ready before I got there. So the service was awful to say the least. Now the food… just picture. Smh it’s supposed to be a loaded Italian. I had a promo in the app for $5 off so it only cost $2 lol and it doesn’t look like it’s worth more than that lol. Cmon Arby’s yall are better than this. First time getting this sandwich as I always get the Gyro but I definitely won’t get another from this location, if I ever come back at all.

Consistently great customer service. The manager is always present and working to help her staff. The food is good, but prices are high for fast food, though there’s always a promo going on. This is one of the coldest restaurants in Conyers. They do a poor job of regulating the building’s temperature.

I waited around 30 minutes for a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a buffalo chicken slider, with only 1 car ahead of me. When my food came out it was not only cold but my slider was old and uncooked. Never coming back.

This is the first time I’ve been to this location in a long time. The man at the counter was great. He was very nice. The food was delicious, and came in a decent amount of time. It wasn’t busy, thank goodness. It was so cold inside that I could see my breath though, which kinda sucked lol. I love Arby’s for all of the sauce options.

Ordered the new steak bites & they did not disappoint very good without sauce I order a 5 piece for myself & a 9 piece meal for my husband and we couldn’t finish them all. Very pleased with order. Young lady at window was very nice & order given in a timely manner!!

Landed in Atlanta and was driving out to Lake Oconee. Stop in whenever I see an Arby’s as they are a dangered species in Canada.
The young lady that took our order was great. Friendly, upbeat and efficient.
Food came out quickly and was made well. The restaurant inside was clean, bright and quiet.

had went to get lunch for my daughter and mom and ordered two shakes. my daughter ran to me saying her shake tasted like dish soap or a cleaner i tasted it and it tasted like cleaner it burned my throat. went to get refund . manger seem not to care. much . he gave me my money back didn’t ask if i was ok or anything if i go to er they are paying for us to go . this never happened at this place before . i asked manger what number they have . to report this . if u had a shake at the arby’s in conyers ga go to er . asap

Service and atmosphere could’ve been a higher rating had I not received a pink burger. Halfway through it when I looked down and seen how pink of the meat I was eating. I would be a pest but that’s what I get for going so late and spending cash I could’ve saved but over all I’m disappointed I feel like the guy was the only one working that night because why else would you do this …. Smh
