The food was good. The service was very quick. The worker was very kind and courteous. I don’t know her name be she had a knit hat and glasses. The restaurant was clean and the tables were clean also. Parking was good and the restaurant is easy access if you need a wheelchair. Overall a good experience.

Useless. I got brought home food. Whoever is working tonight, this exact shift, needs to be fired. There were 2 cars in the line that waited for 30 minutes. My order was incredibly simple, I wanted an Arby’s roast beef with added Swiss cheese. They could not do that. Instead they decided to give us 2 unwanted bacon cheese turkey or whatever sandwiches, with onions and everything else you can imagine on it that comes on it instead of doing the very simple task they were asked and paid to do. I am sick with the flu. Anyway, the one thing we got that we asked for looks like this. Someone must have grabbed it in their fist and squeezed it before serving it.

Got my usual ½ pound beef and cheese, not put together perfectly but pretty close, fries were good, plentiful, strawberry lemonade was good, actually finished it, then had enough flavor to make for an interesting original monster twist. Wait time was amazingly short, food was also ready almost as soon as we pulled up.

Driving back to Columbia we stopped here at 11:30 pm. Staff members were friendly (even though we had a big order) food was hot and fresh and the wait was not long at all.

If I could leave zero stars on here I most definitely would!! I didn’t even get to place my order due to the rudeness at the drive thru! I will say that if you hate your job please find something that makes you have some kind of decorum because being rude to customers can cause your job to get shut down!!

Overall great food and service when I come. Usually they’ll have you pull forward (even if there’s no other cars in line) when you go through the drive thru though. To ight though, for the first time ever, I was told they didn’t accept the QR codes from the app??? I had a $5 off $20 or more purchase. No big deal it’s just, well, either an employee is misinformed, or, this location no longer accepts the app promos.

Normally, I don’t do reviews, not even to complain. However, the employees from this Arby’s really deserve my time to give them an excellent review. Especially Kaylyn, who went above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer service experience! But, all the staff, were as nice and friendly!
I also want to add that their hard work also shows in the cleanliness of the restaurant, the presentation of the food, and above all, the taste of food! “Thank you Kaylyn and all the other employees who assisted us with this great experience!”
