Very disappointed. My order was completely cold—everything. I called and was told I could come back to have it fixed. When I returned, I was met with attitude instead of an apology, and to make it worse, they still left out some of the curly fries.
Mistakes happen, but the customer service was just as bad as the food. Not a great experience at all.

Ordered lunch here today and the service was fast and the food was tasty. The employees were very kind and displayed a high level of professionalism. I normally order the Beef and Cheddar, but I opted for a crispy chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. It was a great choice!

Enjoying a fantastic burger at the Arby’s in Seneca. The manager gave me a free cookie and apologized for having to wait for my food. Honestly I didn’t think I had to wait very long. There is a McDonald’s across the street and if I received a cookie every time I had to wait a loooooong time there I would be on the cast of “My 600lb. Life”. I will definitely be coming here to eat more often.

we came through the drive thru tonight around 7:27, the girl taking our order was SO rude! as someone who works in fast food/customer service myself, i understand having bad days, or working long hours, but she was interrupting us when we were trying to order, she was rushing us/pushy, we asked her for a sec, she kept asking us, and just flat out mean. the last at the window was nice though. it cost nothing to be nice.

Everything is always great from here. I did get the potatoe cakes this time and a couple of them had stuck together and was not cooked soggy and cold. They had is and two other cars pulled up though and I think we were all waiting on the same thing.

Every time I go here, they get my order wrong. Something is ALWAYS missing. When you bring it to their attention, the treat you as if you’re stupid and have absolutely lost your mind. I’ve worked in fast food. The job doesn’t require one to have a masters degree. It’s really not that difficult to get someone’s order correct.

Arby’s saved our hungry souls from the rain. Tried it the first time. Tried the crispy chicken sandwich, which is so far the best one. Beats McD, Wendys and even Chick Fil A. The attendant Ms. Sabrina was very helpful and co-operative. She guided me through the happy hours and due to which I bought Ultimate Chocolate Snackshake for $1. It was too good and filling. Loved the service and food.
