I am a usual at this Arby’s and it has been pretty good people friendly,food great but here recently when I go i usually go around 12-1pm for lunch. I go through the drive-thru everyday the lady running drive she’s kind of tall blackish hair. She is nothing but rude every time. Always has an attitude for no reason. She has an attitude when she answers the speaker before anything is ordered. I just want to say I can’t be the only one she is rude to. if someone is going to be constantly rude to customers maybe they shouldn’t work in customer service but as long as this lady is working there I will go else where and no longer be back. There was two ladies working the tall one and there was a shorter one which was very nice. Please correct the situation or you will lose more customers.thanks.

Worst Arby’s ever!! Employees were strait up unfriendly, the tables and counters were filthy, the tea was out, our food was cold and incomplete. Im guessing it was the manager, that was coughing and smearing his germs from his nose all over everything he touched. One other customer in the entire place and it took more than 20 mins to get my order. I could definitely tell why there were no customers, in the prime time of the day. We love Arby’s, but will not be back to this one. ☹️

I’m a regular at arbys and it’s usually fine but today I went in and the arbys was pretty empty, the lobby was messy and there was someone sleeping in a booth, apparently it was one of the workers boyfriends. I order my food and it took over 27 minutes to get my food, even with a clear lobby and drive thru. when I got my food eventually one part of my order was incorrect and I went back inside to fix my order and the person at the counter, a short lady, was arguing with me on my order even when I had the receipt clearly showing what I ordered. I got my correct order eventually but the lady was making a fit while preparing my food. I come often to this arbys and it’s usually fine but this incident has really shown me what type of place this place is running.

I’m leaving a five star review because the workers here need some love. A Karen came in today and was upset she didn’t get her food. She was talking about how she was going to call the cops over not getting a refund for her burger. The girl at the cash register was calm the whole time and was trying to explain the process she has to go through in order to get her a refund. The Karen continued to yap though. I just wanted to share because the staff was really calm in such a weird situation. Also who calls the cops over a burger.

Bad to worse. I was handed what looked like a kids drink with my combo meal and when I asked why, I was told this is the “regular” size. However just a week earlier I was given a normal sized one. Then…I was given a cold, yes cold, roast beef sandwich that was either refrigerated or frozen. And to top it off I was given a marinara sauce packet but no mozzarella sticks, which were also ordered. This place needs some serious help. I’ve experienced a lot of issues at this location and don’t think Ill ever return.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Once the employee heard my menu number choice, she tuned me out & DID NOT repeat my order back to me. Gonna ask for that from now on. I subbed the jajalapeno bites for fries & asked for a LARGE drink. Got a medium drink. I was too tired & too cold to argue about that. When I paid she asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. She didn’t give me one. I asked for it anyway. She must have been new because she had to get help to print it. I go to this Arby’s alot. I hope she gets it together. I went 1/22/26 at 2:03:53pm. To the guy in the grey shirt that was working the window October 5, 2025 at 1:20 go find something you love to do because that job is not for you! You was beyond rude at the intercom and the window! “ I’m just tired” is not excuse to talk or treat anyone any kind way because your in your feelings you need to do better and get yourself together before you come to work! If you so tired go to bed earlier next time!

Waited 10 minutes to place my order before I gave up and left. Not a single acknowledgement from the employees, who were too busy gossiping.
