My roast beef and cheddar was a mess to eat like it was slopped together. Person at the window was all business and not too friendly – I think she was having a bad day. Loved the mozzarella sticks! Wife liked the crinkle fries.

Thus visit was for a mid-week lunch. The location was moderately crowded, but the wait time was not bad. The line moved quickly and the service was good.
Plenty of parking was available, as well as areas to sit at the table to eat.
I did find this location to be somewhat cleaner than most and the the condiment section was well stocked, including napkins and whatnot.
The restroom was also clean and well stocked during my visit.
The prices and selection are the same as other Arby’s. I was appreciative that my order was correct, hot and prepared quickly, even with the moderate amount of customers ordering/waiting.
Overall I would recommend this location for lunch. I cannot speak as to dinner service as I have not visited during the evening operating hours of business.

Arby’s has always been my favorite fast food place but this location is by far the best with customer service. They’ve handled hurricane Helene wonderfully being so busy and still working so quickly and being friendly. I didn’t pay attention to a name tag but one woman there is super friendly and very much appreciated!

Sometimes Arby’s gives me a military discount other times they deny me. Same Arby’s on 81 in Anderson. The manager denied me a discount saying- direct quote -“The owner would be mad”. Not giving them my business anymore. There are plenty of places close by that honor Veterans…

I asked the staff if there are points when you order and she didn’t know. How do you not know? You work here. Is that lack of knowledge or poor training? Most fast food offer points for ordering to get rewards in the app. I also didn’t like that you have to spend $15 to get 20% off.

The GM in this location was extremely friendly my kids loved her. This is on our way home from church we will be returning. Fries Lil off but the new BBQ pulled pork is great.
