We hve been here quite a few times and it’s generally good. Last night, after a ridiculous struggle navigating their website, I pickled up my order and headed home. I present to you my 5 piece tenders order, priced at $7.19. No option for sauce, you get BBQ. Now if there were only some edible chicken to dip in it. By contrast, my husband’s half pound sandwich was well-endowed. Guess it’s too much trouble to send out decent tenders.

Went in tonight to get some supper mind you it was 8pm and they were dead I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes not one person acknowledged I was there. Manager was to busy standing in the cooler talking to siri and the gentleman on backline just stood there rolling his eyes at me so needless to say I got no supper tonight

We were sent to the side lane to let our food cook. I waited about 5 minutes and a younger worker came out and informed me that when frying my chicken it was dropped as it was coming out of the fryer. They said it said it’d be another 5 minutes. And gave me a free milkshake for the inconvenience, they were so sweet.

Food was actually fresh & hot! Ordered in the drive thru 1st girl was really nice then a different girl came on the speaker, spoke like she didn’t want to be at work. All in all, I’d go back, especially if the food is as fresh & hot as today!

Went on a Sun late afternoon. Fries were old and cold. Sandwich was OK. Asked the guy behind the counter if we could get fresh fries and he being a new employee didn’t really know what to do just turned around said no problem! Gave us fresh hot large fries even though we had regular size. Even offered 2 more sandwiches, which we declined. Love it when people go the extra mile to be helpful
