My sliders were very hot and were delicious. The friendly service was and added plus. They are short handed and the wait in the drive thru was a little longer than you would normally wait but I am a patient person when it comes to something like this. And the fact that my food came out hot and delicious made it worth the wait.

I keep wanting to leave more than 1 star. We keep trying and they just keep disappointing. Ordered 2 regular roast beef sandwiches and 1 reg roast beef sandwich meal. Got home to eat. 2 regular sandwiches and some really smelly, lettuce-drowned stuff was all over the sandwich…absolutely disgusting. This time we are done.

Need to serve more fresher food. Even if that does mean longer window time. People just want decent food and the price of Arby’s food is not that cheap, so I expected it to be a little better than places with dollar menus. Other than that suggestion the service was nice and friendly.
