Service here was quick. Chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich was tasty, but Arby’s chicken has gotten smaller each time I order one. Restaurant area was in good condition, but it appeared to be one of the older decors. May be time for refresh.

Just did drive thru, felt like something special so I got the loaded brisket combo. Wow. Flattened bun with 6 small fatty pieces of brisket, a few crumbles of fried onions, rubbery fries. We hadn’t eaten Arby’s in a long time and this was beyond disappointing. Service was great but damn the food was awful.

This restaurant is near the interstate. Easy to get to from I-85. Getting back on I-85 requires following signs out of the back of the property and onto Welpine Road (not difficult- if you follow the signs). Service was quick and efficient. We received our correct order the same time we received our change- quickly! The food was hot and prepared well. I have been to this particular Arby’s before and they are consistent in service and good quality food. This visit was quite pleasant because of a friendly staff member (Alicia) who spoke to us as she was cleaning tables. Not over-bearing, just friendly and engaging. This was a terrific surprise for an interstate-side fast food place.

Worst Arby’s ever!!!!! No cars in the drive thru and still waited forever. I ordered crinkle fries and got curly. Ask for ketchup and did not get any. The manger handed my drinks out the window one med and one large when I ordered two large. I ask her about it and with a smart attitude she told me I did not order two large. The way she acted I did not dare to ask for ketchup nor did I dare to ask for the right fries. Two thumbs down!!!! Stay away from this Arby’s
