Grabbed lunch at this location on a Saturday. Service was quick through the drive through and order was correct. All of the food we had tasted great! We had the Beef and Cheddar sandwich with curly fries and a cheese cup and an orange creamsicle shake. We also had an apple and cherry turnover. Prices were fair.

Clean, upbeat atmosphere. Perfect for fun causal family dinning. Recently renovated for a modern sleek vibe. There is a 10 person table available for larger crowds. I always enjoy the #11 which is the Turkey & Swiss Market Fresh. Thick yet soft wheat type or grain type of bread with thinly sliced turkey and flavorful swiss cheese with crisp lettuce, tomato, mayo & spicy mustard. My Husband got the corn beef sandwich. You are now able to serve yourself at the fountain drink station, along with helping yourself to napkins, straws, and drink lids. Ketchup and Arby’s signature sauces are available upon customer request. The Customer Satisfaction bell has also returned! Really missed that!

I didn’t want to even give them 1 star. The service was horrible and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was apparently speaking with the manager the whole time. She was very rude and when I told her I didnt want ice in my drink she got upset as if it wasnt an easy fix. I give them zero stars for the service. I will not go back there. Maybe the issue will get fixed,but yeah, as of now, it’s a no for me. Do better Arbys off laurens road in Greenville sc.

Great food and great customer service! The guy at the front was friendly and made the experience a lot more enjoyable. We got the free sandwich with any purchase for April. Paid like $2.50 for fries and got the sandwich and water for free 🙂

I came on not long after opening and the place was empty. I got the 2/$6 Beef n cheddar, some curly fies and the Mint Chocolate Andes shake. Everything was totally fresh and delicious. The employees were great and the place was very clean. Excellent experience!

Myself and my co workers come here a good bit. Service has always been pretty decent, food has been good. For some reason today the lady at the front named Sandy was just in an awful mood. I understand people have bad days, but when my coworker who is a senior asked for a senior drink she gave him a lot of attitude. Then when I ordered she was not friendly and was basically wanted me to stop ordering it felt like. I enjoy Arby’s, and I understand people have bad days, but when the other employees are apologizing for her, it seems like this may be a trend for this lady.

I do Instacart and I sit in Arby’s parking lot a lot and go in and visit them and get water all the time and chat with them happen to leave my lights on in my car and battery went dead and they were so proud to come out and jump my car off Y’all are so sweet.

We really like Arby’s. Great timely service. This restaurant is probably the most consistently clean dining room I have been in. So many other fast food places have done a poor job of keeping the dining room clean. I NEVER have this problem at this location. Kudos to employees and management for providing a good dining experience
