I ordered a Deluxe chicken sandwich a new prime rib sandwich combo and a large order of cheese sticks with ranch dressing. When I got to the window I made sure to ask was the ranch in the bag and she said yes. She never gave me my drinks I had to ask for them.

Worst service!!! Paid for large curly fries and got barely half the container filled. Even the manger said yes that’s a large. Won’t waste my money there again. Called and ask for manager and girl answered and wanted to act like she was the manager. Then I asked again for general manager and she handed the phone to another person ( not sure if he was either). They don’t even care if you are not happy. Won’t ever eat at this place again.

This is in a busy busy shopping center of North Myrtle Beach, that being said every time we go there the food is hot and fresh, and the staff is always so friendly. This place is kept clean including the restroom which is a big thing for me because if I go into a restroom that is nasty, it makes me wonder how my food is being handled.

Very disappointed. Ordered wagu burger online then was told they no longer carried it. I ordered the fish instead. But apparently my card was charged for both and no drink with the fish combo.

The young man taking order would not listen. We ordered an unsweet tea and he tried to give us a sweet tea and acted like we told him wrong even though the receipt showed unsweet. He also cheated us on a medium curly fry. The food we got was fresh and good.
