I love Arby’s, always consistent and great food. I have lived by this location for 8 yrs and decided to give it another chance and the same kind of issue happened. I ordered delivery through Grub hub and once again my order was missing, older colored lady knew my hole order n total but said I didnt pay. I drive up there and she said just order through me, so i did and I added another peach pie. I get home and I have no peach pies, I drive back up bc thats the only thing my youngest got. I get there n she is saying I did not order any peach pies, I asked for receipt and sure enough there is 2 orders. i asked if I could use my coupon for 4 moz sticks, was told no I had to come back a 3rd time lol She calls for the pies and I said I remember why I stopped coming here, and same rude lady (condescendingly nice) said “good, we don’t ever have to see you again” I asked her what her problem was and I did tell her she seems miserable , to which she replied “well if you would learn how to order” she then said she would refund me, it got heated bc my poor 4 yr old is in the car crying (left out) brothers are eating and he is on the spectrum doesn’t eat ff or meat…. I have worked in f&b, I am nice, very nice and I know people try, this lady is either incompetent, undertrained, or uneducated, i really do not know but in the 8 yrs i have lived here this has only happened at this Arby’s, 3x I have had issues with my order and the employees talking rude and they are always right!!! never ever does this happen to me, I am a people person, love people and always give the benefit of the doubt. Some people need proper training, ethics class, and learn to have some empathy with manners!!! I still have a $45.62 charge on my card, along with the 40 something cash I gave the lady. I will never ever return to this location, this is not coincidental, I believe it is the same lady every time.

Update: they are serious about correcting problems here. Within three hours of posting my experience, Luke contacted me and assured me he was on top of the problems. After speaking with him, I am confident the store will be what it once was. Thank you, Luke!
When I pulled in to the drive-through, there was a lady in front of me, waiting to place her order and three cars in front of her. It took them about five minutes to ask to take her order and about five minutes to come and take my order. Then we waited in line. A total of 37 minutes. My food was cold. My sandwich was put in the box in a mess. The picture is exactly how it came out of the box. Very unfriendly at the window. This is not at all what I normally find at this Arby’s. My daughter and I just went through the drive-through and the gentleman running it was so professional and nice. I had asked him about the steak bites because I saw it on the menu even though I didn’t order it. He was telling me about them and then when he handed me the bag, he told me they put some in there for us to try for free. What a nice restaurant staff and the food taste so good.

This restaurant, used to be one of my favorite places to eat at but lately all of their locations have been doing terrible. This location, the staff was rude. The restaurant was dirty and the food was just mediocre. The meat tasted old. The sauce station was disgusting. The pumps of Arby sauce was crusty and nasty to the point where I ordered sauce packets instead. I could hear people arguing in the back. The staff was talking bad about this old couple that was in the dining area. the old man looked like his feelings were hurt. The staff was cursing. I had my younger cousin with me. She’s eight years old and does not need to be hearing people cursing.

Don’t do it. I just paid $13.00 for the worst looking meal I’ve ever had in my life, and this is supposed to be their “biggest” sandwich. The half pound! Get out of here! Save yourself some time & money. I stood there for over 15 minutes for this! I’m not going out anymore. I’ll make my own food. That’s what I get for trying it on a Saturday. I’m trying to find a positive here, but I’m having an extremely difficult time. No more fast food!

I just order food just now today is December 29 2025 and I love Arby’s but now I do not anymore I order a 5 piece chicken tender with a meal and just a chicken sandwich with another order of fries and when I Received it
It was only the tenders and sandwich in there and gave me sauce that I didnt order instead gave me sauce I’m allergic to the “Arby’s Sauce” just terrible!!!!!

Service was fine, but there really should be more chicken salad on this *chicken salad sandwich*. We ordered two -the other one was as expected, not at all lacking like the one pictured here.
Pretty disappointing, since the pecan chicken salad is the only reason we went to Arby’s.

So it’s a month later and we gave them another chance. They did worse the second time, so I took a star.
Don’t waste your money on this $6.00 no-chicken-salad sandwich.
Also, I’ve tried multiple times to fill out the comment form the owner requested in response to this review -it returns an error and can’t be submitted so it isn’t of much use.

I don’t think Employees at the window don’t know how to read an order and put the right one together. On Saturday September the 20th 25 I ordered a loaded Italian but when I got home it was a Roast beef sandwich. No loaded italian.
