12/23/25 Order a double beef n cheddar if you want anything remotely close to the menu pic of the regular beef and cheddar.
I ordered a double beef and cheddar and took it back to the counter because it looked like an undersized regular beef and cheddar. The lady was kind enough to say she would put some more meat on it but gave it back insisting “there’s 6 oz (of meat) on it” so I was stuck with it. The pictures on the menu are beyond exaggerated and, apparently, management here is very, very cheap.
And the restrooms were “out of order”.
If we would stop supporting BS like this, they would stop delivering BS.

Drive thru rep sounds very aggressive when taking the order, was asked to pull up waiting on the burger, so I assumed it was fresh. I took the order back to my job, and when I opened it, it was a dry old burger looking like a piece of leather. So disappointed.

Don’t order ahead on the app— better to order in person. I’ve been here several times and always ordered through the drive through and everything was fine. Last time I decided to order ahead on the app. I went through the drive through, said I had a mobile order, and pulled ahead to wait. A couple minutes later, a lady came up to my car window and yelled that I needed to pull around the corner and wait because I was holding up the line. I pulled around and waited a total of 40 minutes before going back through the drive through to ask what happened. The lady said they had given my order to someone else. I asked twice if they would re make it before she agreed. I pulled forward again and a minute later, the lady at the window started yelling at me to pull around the corner again. I pulled around, waited a few more minutes and got my order. I understand orders get lost or given to the wrong customer but two different employees yelling at me two different times after they lost my order was a little off putting.

Food was decent. What you’d expect to find at an Arby’s. One big reason I would go back is for the excellent service. One guy in particular let us try some different stuff, and deserves a raise for sure. Cool guy.

Just stopped for a quick order of cheese sticks as a snack because I had a coupon. The staff was very friendly and the service was relatively quick. The restaurant was very clean. The cheese sticks were hot and delicious.

GROSSSSS! My chicken Bacon ranch sandwich was freaking Raw! Beware of your food guys. Always cut it in half to make sure it’s fully cooked. I will not be returning and you shouldn’t either. If there were a zero stars option, I’d put that.
