There’s like half a teaspoon worth of cheese on the medium size sandwich. That’s a crap ton of meat with virtually no cheese. There’s usually cheese all throughout and even all over the wrapper. And there’s barely any Arby’s sauce either. All 3 sandwiches we ordered were like this. I just spent $60 for nothing. This is the type of thing that makes me never return to certain businesses.

Ordered on the app. Went through the drive thru. Manager came over the speaker over the drive thru worker talking. Was very rude stating she didn’t have my order under my name. Well come to find out it was under my last name for some reason. She said they were making it now and told me to pull to the other side.(whatever that means) Waited for over 20 minutes watching the drive thru worker run 5 people’s food out, after my order was suppose to be ready 10 minutes before I arrived. Drive thru worker tells me, “oh you had the internet order I think you need to come inside.” Go inside and they act like I just got there calling it back. In the back they said they were waiting on the chicken sandwich. So now I ordered over 46 mins ago and my food is still not ready. Got the food with no napkins, no utensils, and no sauces, which was selected on the app. All the food items were also cold ehich makes no sense if it all had to be fresh. I understand sometimes wait times can be longer but no need for stank attitude and stank faces. Not one apology or care was giving by any employee I had an interaction with. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

The second time in a row, they get my order wrong. Both have been thru drive thru, oh no wait, it’s not really a drive thru if you order at the window, then have to park to get your food. We ordered a double brisket, we got a single, we ordered 2 large curly fries they ended up being mediums, but the biggest crime of them all, we order a Vanilla shake and ended up with a half vanilla, half chocolate shake. Please do better.

My experience today was not satisfying. I ordered a Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich and what I got was Chicken Swiss Cheese with Ham on top..No tomato or lettuce..Repeat Ham no Bacon..I Love Arby’s but this was my worse experience ever

Rashad was super friendly on our visit after Church. He is a hard worker that should be acknowledged for fast and friendly customer service. Best Arby’s around, as it’s quick and they offer a 10% military and 1st responder discount.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two orders of 9 steck bites and a deep fried turkey sub. They asked me to park in front and they’ll bring it to me with no one at the drive thru. Granted I did not wait but 5 minutes but I got 1 order of steak bites with five while the other only had 7. Then to top it off I got the club sandwich with no bacon and half the sandwich didn’t have meat. I did not check the order but my wife was very upset and wanted to go back but I did not have the receipt because it was not given to me. I’m just not going back to that Arby’s because something like this has happened multiple times

Usually great, except when they slice the roast beef too thick but this time was great as usual and we also tried the new steak cubes, which was a little high compared to portions (5-something for small and 9-something for a large), got the large which amounted to a small cup of cooked slices that tasted somewhere between a beef jerky and sirloin- I think some will like it , some won’t ♂️ and some will be like us, meh ♂️ #REBTD

I placed my order in the drive-through. It took a total of 20 mins from start to finish to receive my order of fish. There were 3 pieces fish. It was just okay, I would not order the fish again. However, I will say I love their fish sandwiches.

We needed a spot for a fast lunch off of 77. Easy to order and our order was correct. Loved that their deal of the week was buy a combo get a kids meal for $1 (we have two kids). I thought the chicken gyro wrap had a lot of flavor though a little light on the protein. My potato cakes came out nice and crisp. Everyone liked their meals. *Cashier and gentleman handing us our food was NOT wearing a mask. Husband had his so put on as we were not 6 feet apart.
