Came here for dinner on a Friday. The drive thru was steady and we were the only customers inside. Store was clean and condiment area well stocked. Very friendly and efficient staff. Our order came out fast & completely correct. Enjoyed the old school tunes that were playing during our meal. Food tasted great, we’ll be back again!

We grabbed a couple of the Crispy Fish Sandwiches on the way back to the house. Not surprising, we pulled to the front lot while the cooks fried the fish. The friendly lady at the drive-thru brought them out to us within about 5 minutes. Fresh and well dressed, as they should be. I sprinkled a little Cajun seasoning to add a kick. Very good $3.50 fish sandwich.
9/14 Update…just picked up a “Loaded” Italian sandwich to take home. Tasted ok but a baby $7 sandwich. Arby’s, stop downsizing everything, run the price up to $10, and provide a reasonably sized actual LOADED sandwich. Much better, higher quality subs out there for sale elsewhere.

I went to pick up my fiancés friend from work his schedule said he got off at 10:30 I called at 10:36 to see when he was getting off he said a couple minutes then I called back at 10:46 and a manager (angelic) answered the phone and told me not to call up there and rush him mind you it’s New Year’s Eve then we waited and we waited untill 11:36 an hour after his shift I had to use the bathroom so I asked the managers husband if he could ask if I could use the bathroom nothing is open and I was about to poop myself I was told that I couldn’t go in there after they close because it was against the store policy which is understandable and I was talking with her husband and she was still on the phone with him I said that I was ridiculous that he has been in there almost and hour and a half after his shift was supposed to end she ran out the door and started screaming at me telling me that “fast food don’t have a time to be clocked out” I called bs if it says he gets off at 10:30 then he should be walking out no later than 10:45 she the yelled at me across the parking lot and said she will take him home because I wasent being patient when I was being patient enough we have been picking him up from work every night since he started that job and he has gotten out atleast 30 min after his shift which I wasent mad about but they had 3 workers tonight and usually they have 2 when they close so why did it take so long. And it took them and hour and a half after his shift tonight. Please address the way she is talking to people this ruined my new years I didn’t get home untill after the ball dropped and my fiance has to be to work at 7 am in the morning I had a dog in the car and my father has to take medicine and 11 every night because if he doesn’t then he will end up back in the hospital luckily he made it home in enough time.

I stopped in to just use the restroom while my wife was in Walmart. I always get at least a drink when I use a restaurants restroom. I ordered a medium drink. The cashier declined payment saying he wasn’t going to charge just for a drink. Now I don’t want corporate, or management seeing this glowing review and try punishing this cashier. I’ll be checking in to make sure. If he is, this will turn into a schathing review.

JB just took our order. Absolutely amazing. Repeated everything back, didnt mix anything up. Was clear, concise, and quick. Food was fresh, and when we got to the window, JB gave the perfect amount of sauce. I use about 5 per classic sandwich and finally someone is there who gave mt exactly how many I asked for!

They definitely need better service. I ordered a kids meal for my granddaughter. When they handed it to me it didn’t have her chocolate milk. I asked the guy about it and he said they were out. I asked if they had white milk and he said yes and went and got me one. If I hadn’t asked she would not have gotten a drink. That is terrible customer service. They should have said we are out of chocolate milk and ask what replacement I would like. They don’t ask about sauces or put any in your bag either. I guess I am use to Chic Fil A asking about sauces.

I work near here and the arby’s on sunset in lexington, and I try to give them business, but it seems like every time I come through the drive through, they’re either out of ketchup packets, or they’re out of arby’s sauce.And then recently went in, and they said it was going to be 15 minute, wait for drive through. Come on…need to do better

Went around 10 pm on 9/13 and the person working the drive through was being overly sassy, as to try to be funny maybe? Sounded like an elderly woman that was tired of her job and was getting a polite attitude. I get around to the window and its a young boy and he’s looking at me and my daughter for a response because I think he thought he was amusing but it was embarrassing for him and extremely unprofessional.
There is something wrong with people that can’t differentiate a real life job from a game and act like this is ok.
