The sole purpose of the overall one star rating is because I did not get what I paid for. Since when does on strip of bacon go on the turkey bacon ranch sandwich??? When a sandwich, just one costs $8 you’d think you get what your paying for. I use to work at an Arby’s and became a shift manager so I know exactly what comes on it, people can even Google these things so why short the customers when they did nothing to you but place an order????? 2 sandwiches I order had one strip of bacon on each. Can I get this remade properly?? I’m not even sure if onions were on the sandwich. Word of advice to customers. Know what your getting before you get there and be sure to check your food before you leave, if you get push back just request a refund and don’t recommend this place because they don’t value your dollar.

We were going to go through the drive through and the lady taking the order had a foul attitude. Almost completing our order (5 people) she told us to come inside with since it was a “large order”. We DID NOT order anything and decided to go someplace else with her attitude.

Got a reuben but they didn’t have any sauerkraut but that’s not the bad part. I asked for a little more thousand island dressing since they didn’t have the sauerkraut and they doused it on there to where the wrapper was covered in it and the sandwich bread was soaked in it. I went through the the drive thru again to bring it to their attention and they said well you said you wanted extra. Thats not the type of response you should give to poor service. Also the people taking my order automatically having an attitude when I go to order is unsettling.

Had an online pick-up and my fries and potato cakes were cold. I had to go back in and have them remade. The staff was helpful but the building was cold and they didnt have the heat lamps on over the fry station.

I go to this Arby’s twice a month never had an issue till two weeks ago went threw the drive thru and was told that I was lucky I wasn’t told to go inside, that ordering three box meals is too much for the drive thru and that they’re short staffed. I haven’t been back!

Food was amazing. Stopped by after a long day of errands and had dinner with my kids. Had a roast beef gyro and chicken strips and everything was amazing and hot roast beef was nice and tender. Was only two employees working at the time and they got orders out quick and very nicely. Definitely will be coming back.

Amazing dinner tonight with my kids! Food was fantastic and all employees were amazing. Both my kids were looking for the last missing piece to have collected from the kids meal toys and the managers went and found it for them! Made the kids night!
