We live in sylva and we come thru tonight got a beef and cheddar and medium roast beef the drive thru Clerk was extremely short I ask for horsey sauce and arby sauce and while sitting in drive thru back help came to get a drink with gloves on rubbing his nose the blond headed girl that gave me my food assured me all sauces where in bag and they absolutely was not and she was extremely rude I hope u find better crew at this store I work in a food industry and that is absolutely disgusting and absolutely not the way things should be handled by no mean. I tried calling the store it keeps kicking me to voicemail this is beyond the worst experience I have ever had

Bought a double beef and cheddar meal. Paid over 12.00. Sandwich was so small I finished it in 6 1/2 easy bites, sopping wet with arbys sauce hardly any cheese and very little meat,and was cold as well! Come on Arbys you can do better then that. I always have looked forward to the splurge of this sandwich but today I was seriously disappointed.

All new staff I’m guessing?

The girl taking our orders was either on another planet or just didn’t want to be there.

I made two orders, paid for them, no receipts, the girl asked me what we ordered 5 minutes later. I couldn’t give her a proper answer for how baffled. It looked like a manager looking lady was holding our food like we didn’t just pay for them.

At least the food was made right.

The girl we gave the order to in the drive through keeps saying any else. I only ordered 3 things off the menu. Came up to the window paid and she said let me know everything you need at once. And was shutting the window so hard. I guess they were short or had a bad day. But I will not be back. I rather drive somewhere else. Their employee was so rude.

“We came by drive through today, And the girl that took our order was very sweet, Her name is Izzie. I came by here saturday, and the last girl was extremely rude, and kept shutting the window hard. I came back by today to speak to a manager, but Izzie was very polite and made me changed my mind in thought. We were very picky and very slow ordering, and I kept messing up, all Izzie said was “You’re good, take your time”

Came in late and it was packed plus door dash people coming in to pick up. One person for the front taking orders. Name on the reciept was “Sigma Dude”. Let me tell you he was BUSY! He did a great job despite being out of a few items on the menu. Very polite and still fast at getting out orders. I will return to this location!

Apparently the staff doesn’t know the difference between Horsey sauce and Arbys sauce. Hard to eat and dry, bland roast beef sandwich. It states plainly on the app and receipt, Arbys sauce. Have had issues before, but this time, I’m done

The manager on 7/21/24 at 8:40pm was beyond rude over a milkshake. Asked if they had milkshakes and he said no, he already cleaned the machine and that they would not be available again until tomorrow to which I said was fine, however, when I pulled around to the window, he told me “a word of advice, if you come through in the late evening, our milkshakes aren’t available”. His tone was condescending and unprofessional to say the least. I asked to speak with a manager then he responded saying he was the manager. I told him he was rude and that was no way to speak to a paying customer to which, he proceeded to argue with me and said if I didn’t want my food, he’d give me my money back. I told him I’d be contacting corporate and he responded with “go ahead, I don’t care”
I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I work in customer service and would never even think to address a customer in that way.
