The woman working the drive thru speaker around 1 pm today was so rude that I pulled away before I even finished my order. I understand everyone has something going on that you don’t know about but DANG. I began my order and before I could say potato bites as my side she interrupted and mumbled something. When I said I’m sorry I didn’t catch that she yelled “CURLLLLYYY OR CRINKLEEEE?!” Like I can hear fine and I’m not learning words for the first time. I said ohh my goodness, you know what cancel my order and you don’t have to be so rude. When I drove past the window she looked at me and smirked?! All I wanted was a roast beef sandwich without some strangers nonsense attitude.

The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the beef half pounder with tomato and mayonnaise. It was perfect The Mac n cheese was so creamy and rich. The hubby had the curly fries. Hot, fresh and didn’t last 3 minutes, lol. While eating, the manager came over and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Very clean facility with personable staff. Definitely worth the stop.
Rating: My belly has a happy and I’m leaving with a smile. It was refreshing to have great customer service.

Update: went there again. Classic RB. I couldn’t eat it (waited forever and food cold) the roast beef was “sour” my throat wouldn’t swallow. It sensed it was bad.
Maybe I was sick and my taste buds off or maybe my taste buds sensed danger.

Yall I went in a few days ago in that drivethru. They made me wait for 8 minutes!!!!!! EIGHT MINUTES!!! And then they messed up my order! I ended up going inside and when I tried to explain that they gave me the wrong fry, this old lady, who I guess is the manager, gave me the NASTIEST side eye and snatched the bag from me. By the grace of God, I did get my actual order, but I waited another 8 MINUTES!!!! I HAD A FAMILY FUNCTION THAT NIGHT!! I WAS LATE! I am never coming back.
Oh but food was aight. Roast beef was a little slimy..I dont know why…Im not sure what they did to it…

This restaurant was excellent when first opened. The last several times we stopped, there was always something wrong. Our last visit, our food sat in the window until my husband asked if it was ours. No one called for us. It was cold. Today’s visit got the wrong fries. Had to stand waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there. Everyone was taking care of drive thru and completely ignored us. Very disappointing. No one was friendly, no one said hello, be with you in a minute, just turned their backs on us.

The $7.99 box with the crispy chicken sandwich is where it’s at!! The sandwich was HUGE and the peach cobbler roll is fantastic! Next time I’ll have to get a small vanilla shake to dip it in.

I’ll be honest, lately ever since a heap amount of people that made this place great in the first place aren’t there anymore. most people there aren’t well when it comes to the service they are tasked to provide. while some of the younger employees there do pick up alot of the work and spirit when it comes the the atmosphere, service, and food, it struggles when us customers have to deal with the older folks that run the place now. It doesn’t make me happy when i say this, but it really is unfortunate.

Update: 9/7/25 the managers name is off the door. It shows. The floors and tables are littered with trash, there are zero paper towels at the condiment counter, the girl at the front counter is neither friendly nor overly helpful. The service is slow and the “muzak ” is set to grunge and 90s. No thanks.

We stood and waited for almost 5 min while the workers backs were turned from greeting us, the a/c was broken so they had fans blowing on the fry station from floor level. Overall it was not a good experience. Thank God the Reuben and Gyro never let me down.

This afternoon I was in the area, and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I had a fantastic experience! Service was amazing quick and easy, my order came out correct, fast, hot and fresh! It was so good that I had to give credit where it was due and let the manager know. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Bravo!
