The food was mediocre at best. It was barely warm. I ordered a milkshake… it was not even a full cup. We were the only customers there. There was a young black woman working at the drive thru with long hair. Completely acted like she couldn’t care less if we were there. Never said hello, thank you, nothing other than my food total and did I want any sauce. She simply handed our bag of food out the window, never said a word, and then shut the window. What has happened to customer service? You could tell she was only there to get a paycheck. We were there Sat 11/29/2025 about 315pm. We will never go there again!

We went to the drive thru at 5:20. Ordered a classic and a bbq hamburger. Paid and asked to pull up. The order was wrong. It is 5:50 and we are leaving with the correct food.
I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. Her name started with a T. She could not have cared any less.

Someone came over and said she heard crispy chicken, I told her no – it was a hamburger.

Still the manager did nothing. I said can we get a refund? She turned to look at the 4 other employees that were standing around to watch. She said, we had to cook the potato cakes and someone ordered 13 sandwiches before you.

I told the 3-4 employees staring at me that all of that needed to be communicated, we could have chosen another restaurant. All this time there was a gentleman waiting on a milkshake for 10 mins.

Never even an apology. Just excuses. I was not yelling and just wanted someone to acknowledge. These folks must truly hate their job. Maybe pay a little more and higher staff that cares.

We stop here at least twice a month but will cross the street to Wendy’s from now on.

We were not given a receipt but spent $22 + on poor service even after given the opportunity to make it right. I would love my money back.

Update 3/11/25: I have submitted this same message on the website that the autoreply bot gave here. I received an email “sorry, we will send you a coupon”.

Clearly NO ONE cares about this particular franchise building

Update 3/13/25: I received an autoreply message that they were processing my refund request.

Stopped in last weekend. Used to live Arby’s. Only two people working. A lady at the front and a guy in the back. Lady was sick and complained about having to work. Watched asshe wiped her nose and then began putting French fries in containers. Decided to go elsewhere.

Food was okay, but they squished everything into one bag and the sandwiches appeared to be wrapped by small children unable to fold paper wrappers. The curly fries were a blend of both types of fries and were barely full. Arbys used to be the better of choices for fast food. Maybe we’ll just stick with chicfila and McDonald’s in kinston, they seem to do a better job.

Ordered a meal, fries were forgotten. Also ordered two Buffalo chicken sliders and they literally put two plain chicken tenders on buns (which were cold by the way) and threw Buffalo sauce in the bag…I guess they wanted me to make my own Buffalo chicken sliders bc they were too lazy to toss the chicken in the Buffalo sauce themselves…forgot to give me bleu cheese though to make em myself… yeah I’ll never go back again after such audacity.

Received the worst customer service through drive through in quite a while. The service was rushed, rude and not very knowledgeable. Fries were old and cold. Was told that I would have to get back in line to pay for an additional sauce. This is the third time I’ve received this kind of treatment in three months. Each time I hoped it was a one off but unfortunately I will have to get my Arby’s fix in goldsboro. This particular restaurant in kinston just isn’t it.

Service was a little slow and had to repeat order several times and 2 orders were identical and the other was just a # 13 sandwich. Repeated requests several times for mayo, ketchup, ranch, and a water. Got horseradish sauce instead of mayo. Had to go inside to get my sister’s mayo and water.
Ladies restroom was huge, but only 1 toilet. Had extremely low water pressure in the sink. Took forever to get the soap off hands. Paper towels scattered on the floor (not near the trashcan). The trashcan was right under the towels. So they were purposely thrown throughout the restroom.

I walk in to the manager (in grey) complaining about how much they get paid. There was one car in the drive through and two people inside placing orders.

It took almost 20 minutes for a large fry and a drink. Nothing else.

Team was taking their time, literally walking between stations, then when I finally get impatient they interrupted me and acted exasperated and out of breath. It was such an akward experience.

Then when I finally got my fries, they were fries that had been sitting on a counter pre-scooped for 5+ minutes minimum. I watched them come out of the oil. I watched them get scooped. All they had to do was hand them to me. It took them 5-10 minutes to just…. hand me the fries.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arbys. It wasn’t even a “bad” experience, just… I felt like I was an inconvenience to their day as a customer.

I was just craving some fries and now this made me not as fond of visiting Arby’s other than my local spot from how poorly ran this one was.

Also, literally every sauce out front was out. The pumps didnt work. And when someone else asked for the Spicy Three Pepper sauce someone said it wasnt available anymore, despite being a flavor pump out front. Just another weird bit to my visit.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich and a large fry. The girl in the drive thru window had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there. She had a horrible look on her face as if she was ready to cuss someone out. The fries were delicious the sandwich however was not! It tasted old like it was made yesterday! I’d rather have dog food than to ever eat here again! This is the first and LAST time I will EVER eat here!
