the large curly fries came out and didn’t fill the container, could of fill in a small or medium container. the #4 sandwich is not as good as a big mac! service was slow, rated 93 by the health department. i would advise you against going here.

I eat here at least 2 times per week with door dash or in person and i never had an issue until tonight. I ordered the gyro with 4 potato cakes and the jamocha milkshake at 1108 pm. Door dash, corporate office, local google maps all say this location closes at midnight on Saturday nights, but when my driver brought my food he said they kept trying to tell him they were closed and they didnt want to fulfill the order. My driver ordered himself food as well when they couldnt turn him away. When my driver got to my house, he told me about them saying they were closed, and when he gave my bag, i asked him for my milkshake. He said that was his, and produced the receipt showing it to be the apple pie milkshake, and i had ordered the jamocha. My driver went ahead and gave me the one milkshake that they did give to him and apologize profusely for the restaurants poor service, but warned me. It may not be the milkshake that I had ordered because he ordered something different different. Sure enough, I get inside the house and taste the milkshake and it is the apple pie one even though my receipt shows the Jamaica shake in his receipt showed apple pie milkshake. To make matters worse, I always get four potato cakes and pay extra so that I can do that. When I open the bag, there were only two, which is less than an actual order of them. A standard order is three so they only put two and they were burnt. I attempted to contact the store and call them and express my disappointment and see what kind of resolution could be made, however, it was 1130 and no one answered the phone. I tried to call numerous times and recheck the website all of which stating they are open until midnight tonight. I don’t know what is wrong on a Saturday night in Leland that you can’t do the job that you’re being paid to do not to mention honoring the business hours that you have published on the Internet. Even if it’s a franchise issue, It reflects poorly with the Better Business Bureau. Overall, just extremely disappointed and only got one part of a four part order that I had paid $35 for, and of course there’s no resolution, since no one will answer the phone.

We greatly appreciate the wonderful service, the fast, hot food, and the cute holiday decor. Our babies, Princess, Charlie Daniels and Teddy Bear REALLY Appreciate their roast beef slider treats. Mommy and daddy appreciate you all, as well. They’re much healthier for us than fatty greasy burgers from other places. So thank you for the wonderful job and keep up the great work! Ordered online Via the app. When I arrive to pick up my order, they stated that they had no milkshakes. I said that was fine, I just prefer a refund on that. After she had already processed the refund and was getting ready to hand me the cash, she stated that the refund had to be processed online. I attempted to process that refund online, but was unsuccessful multiple times.

On top of that, they made my sandwich wrong. I had to go back in to get the sandwich made correctly. The cherry on top was getting a cold sandwich the second time.

Your management team should’ve updated the online ordering app, if you knew your machine was broken. You should also be heating your food up to an acceptable level, as foodborne illness is a serious issue.

I will not be returning, and advise those who wish to remain healthy, steer clear of this place.

Seems like the gentleman at the box/window was very kind and did his job well. He honestly (as a server even in fine dining) seems like he has good work ethics and does his job well. Very handsome young guy,long hair. Great attitude.

We were told to wait 3 minutes before ordering because they were backed up! This was told to us by Timothy. After seeing him just looking at the line, I told him to take our order! He was flustered as well as the sandwich maker! In the height of lunch time the staff was horrible!

Ordered 2 large meals and received medium fries and should have opened my sandwiches before leaving. Mine is weirdly shredded and my wife opened hers and found no bun. This place has really gone down hill. Definitely not going back.
