The server at the window was good. The girl coming out the parking lot, however walked in did not wash your hands. Went to start bagging food. I said something. The lady assured me that she was not touching my food. Then she came back around laughing moving paperwork. Not sure if she was a supervisor or what. I ordered the French dip. I got home over my bag. I never never got any arju to go with the fridge dip

I have tried for 3 weeks to eat at this restaurant. The door says they close at 10 but Google says 8.
For some odd reason the door was locked today at 7:23 pm. The employee who was in the lobby went and hid! How can you operate a business that is never open.

Order a Arby’s roast beef sandwich and a big cheesy bacon burger. Asked if I want Arby’s sauce, said yes. Get home and open my bag and…. No sauce and a chicken bacon swiss sandwich instead of the burger I wanted to try. I haven’t been to this store since 2022 because of issues like this, I see the service has not changed. I will be driving the extra 15min to Sanford in the future, that store has never screwed up an order.

Staff was extremely rude. I was trying to complete a uber eats order and the woman at the window refused to even speak to me with kindness. Just stopped here on the way to rockingham and i just had an amazing experience. Everyone was just so pleasant, food was great! Whoever my cashier was, was just so nice, very appreciated !! I feel like you dont always get the greatest experience in fast food so I just was very pleased with the service and experience here!!
