This place is a joke. I’ve only been here 2 times but I’ll never return. Had to wait for fries that was HOT N HARD. ASKED FOR HORSEY SAUCE, ONCE AGAIN I GOT DAMN ARBYS SAUCE YET AGAIN. THEN I GUESS THE ROAST BEEF HAD BEEN SITTING UNDER A HEAT LAMP CUZ ITS DRY. NOPE NOT EATING AT ALL. OH AND I ASKED FOR A DIET COKE, TELL ME WHY I GOT A REGULAR COKE INSTEAD. AND IM A DIABETIC TOO. SO THANKS YET AGAIN ARBYS YOU TOOK SOMEONE ELSES MONEY YET AGAIN.

I have raved about the new Brisket sandwich and have ordered and devoured it on at least ten occasions. However, today I must say, it was dry and not tasty at all. I fed it to my lab, he enjoyed it. I am giving a four star rating because I think this store historically does an outstanding job both dine in and drive thru. Please do better with my favorite meal on your menu.

Food was good, just needs some improvements on customer service. Was getting rushed at the window, didn’t let me finish ordering. The original young lady was doing great but then another worker in there interrupted to scream “we are out of beef, so you will have to wait 20 min. I didn’t kind just changed my order but wasn’t able to finish it,, I think they were to busy trying to close but it was only 730.

The food was great, however our dining experience was horrible. A child who appeared to be connected with a male staff member was at a table in our area. He had an electronic device playing loudly. I motioned to turn it down and he did. Then when the staff member sat with him, he turned it back up. My sister and I couldn’t hear each other over his device.

Had to repeat my order twice and of course it was wrong when I got it as usual… And the cashier never ever counts your change back they just throw it in your hand… Less than friendly service also… Absolutely does not make you feel good about your purchase and giving them your business
