Tre and his his crew who were working Wed Evening at 5:30 on 2-25-2026 may have the CLEANEST & FASTEST Arbys I ever been to hands down! Stopped in after work and this place was SPOTLESS the whole Restaurant not just where you order. Who ever is over these guys needs to knkw they are killing it ! Clean store fast friendly service and my sandwich was fresh hot and perfect. Thanks !

Disgusting brisket mac and cheese. It is as if they didn’t even cook it not even an attempt at microwaving it. Noodles were hard and the dish was so cold like it had just cone out of the fridge. Never ordering from here again. The only thing that was good were the cheese sticks. So disappointed in Arby’s for such an expensive order. The brisket was extremely dry. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal, but a two year old could prepare a more appetizing meal. I cant even blame it on the Uber driver as it was at my door early and I only live 5 min from this store.

We just arrived from Colorado and need to get to my son’s house, we ran in the restaurant real quick and one of the employees was mopping the hallway by the bathroom. She eventually said, I’ll be with you in a minute. I asked her if she was close to being done, she said in a minute. No other staff was present behind the counter. I joked with her and said I would mop the floor if she would take my order. She kept mopping the hallway.
Another employee came around the corner and took our order. The lady mopping did not wash her hands but went to the fry station area and got our fries. We were grossed out and didn’t eat the fries, the guy put gloves on while we prepared our sandwich’s.
I normally like Arby’s but this was unacceptable in many ways.
Our bill was $20.76
Maybe you can correct the behavior of this female employee.

Went in about 7:45 to make a to go order and no one was at front counter so I yelled to the back and asked was the front counter open and the drive thru worker said he couldn’t take my order because it wasn’t his register. So I waited a few minutes and no one bothered to come up. So I asked the drive thru worker could he take my order on drive register and he mumbled something and kept doing whatever he was doing. The customer service at this location is terrible and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced it but it’s definitely the last. Damn shame I couldn’t even get a sandwich made They should just close this location if they can’t get the workers to work.

Was panhandled when walking in. ‘Marcus’ hit me up w a hard luck story while he’s wearing brand new sneaks and sweats. Told him ‘no’. He followed me in then hit the staff up for a meal as I’m placing my order. He directed his attention back to me as I was ordering after the girl working the counter told him no. I told him to back off and asked for the manager. The girl taking the order says he is the manager. He says he’s the manager. I know there’s no way that’s true. He started ranting about me being a racist because I wouldn’t buy him anything. I told him I was calling 911. I called 911. He then said all kinds of vile things about what he would do to my wife. Only as I’ making the reportl to 911 does a guy come out and ask Marcus to leave. The staff was more concerned about this guy they know that harasses customers getting arrested than they were about the safety of a customer. All of this should have been recorded by the cameras at the counter. Staff clearly knew him but did nothing to intervene to help a customer that was being harassed by someone that was either impaired or mentally ill. This area isn’t safe, the staff at this business clearly care more about the locals than their customers and the police don’t care about public safety or don’t have capacity to respond. Avoid at all costs!! There’s no audio in the video because I was on the phone with 911 when the guy dressed in black started trying to get him out the door. But watch him mouth. You can figure out the trash that was coming out of this guy’s mouth.

I enjoyed the atmosphere a little bit because it was pretty much empty.The only downside was the dining room was dirty. This is a big restaurant next to a gas station. So I guess they get a lot of overflow traffic from that. They seemed like they were short staffed. Other than the table’s not being cleaned, it was good food and good service.Just not clean

I ordered 2 meals. First, d fried turkey cobbler. I never tried this sandwich. I asked the guy who took the order about it. He did tell me but I went ahead and bought it. I did not like the sauce. I went back to the counter and asked to remake the sandwich with out the sauce. I was told he could not do that since he told me what was on the sandwich. He said he would give m e another bun and use it for a new sandwich, minus the sauce. I took it back to the table. My friend was with me eating his sandwich and asked what I was doing. I explained to him what the cashier said to me and I was scraping the sauce off. He said give me the tray with the sandwich and bread and went to the cashier and the cashier told him, he was the general manager and he couldn’t make another sandwich and take a loss. We spent almost 30 dollars there, and hell was going to freeze over, before I would eat food u did not like! He said the restaurant was losing money, and makes m e wonder what they are doing to the food to keep from being in the red! What is going on here? The name on the receipt is Carlos.

Update: Unfortunately, the floors have not been put in and are getting dirty and it’s been understaffed for while, even shutting down the counter mid day. I wish they could get back some of our favorite staff they’ve had in the past. It used to be a bustling friendly location.

I like the remodel. All the seats are cushioned now (I hate the trend towards hard uncomfortable seating of late) and it’s more open. Most importantly..the drink machine is still here. Our favorite McDonald’s took the fountain drink machine out. Grr. Looks like a few more things like the floor will be done but they’re open

These guys did great on my food this Sunday night. Wanted to say thanks and give a good review. Haven’t had that fast of service in a long time. Was pretty impressed. I kid you not was probably less than 2 minutes I was riding away with all my food after ordering at the speaker. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely go to this location again if in the area and looking to grab some good quick food.
