I paid for 2 Half Pound Roast Beef sandwiches. Mind you they are suppose to be (8oz of meat) they was barely 4-5 slices. And the meat looked burnt and it was crunchy like it was reheated or recooked. They looked like poor measley little reg roast beef. The meat looked like it went through a shredder. And I didn’t receive any of my arby sauces and I was missing a cheese cup I paid for.

Friendly workers! Greeted us and got fresh food! Twyla was our cashier. When we left, he even blessed us a “have a great day” with a smile. That is extremely sweet and rare to find nowadays. Friendly people really makes all the difference. 🙂

Fresh cook to order food. Great service for a late Monday night, after picking up family from the airport. Not much else in the area is open til midnight. Gentleman at the window was very courteous.

Food was hot and fresh but the service was a zero! I ordered on the app and I knew my order would not be ready but the drive thru captain obvious told me it’s not ready but you can come around anyway thanks for your permission! No thank you no greeting at the window no napkins for a $15 order.He clearly needs more training but I think it more of his personality and a transfer away from customer service would be best, I am sure this was not HIS first complaint!

Went to try the steak nuggets with some friends. Surprisingly they were pretty good despite how dubious it sounds. Sort of like a less tough beef jerky. The cashier was on the ball, pretty good Arbys to go to ♂️

For the last 3 yrs, I work in walking distance of this location so, I’m there at least 2/3xs a wk. and I almost always order the same thing (good luck on them having turkey). I have continued to go back,(although they frequently mess my order up) because the staff is relatively courteous. However, I am tired of the inconvenience of complaining to management about how my order is not acceptable. This Arby’s gets not another dime of my hard earned money because clearly, I’m not valued as a customer. I have complained about this SAME thing, at least 2xs in the past and today is the worst. So, this is the last day I’ll be charged for a sandwich like this … I took one bite and wondered, where is the Turkey? For real Arby’s?

This Arby’s was a little disappointing to me. The person taking our order had a very soft voice and made him hard to hear. We got our food ordered and it was prepared quickly. The food was good, but not the best I have tasted at other locations. The restaurant was a little dirty and that made it hard to find a table to sit at. Several employees were standing around instead of working to get the dining area cleaned up. The atmosphere just seemed to be lacking at this location.
