Our family comes to this Arby’s often, but today we were blessed with Ashley’s presence and her happy demeanor. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was feeling welcome and she was so so kind. Probably the best interaction we’ve had at this location to date . Thank you Ashley for a great experience.

First time I had ever been to an Arby’s, I have to say I was somewhat impressed. The roast beef was meh but the service was fast, the restaurant was very clean, and the fries were incredible. They were curly which is cool, the fries were actually crispy unlike most fast food restaurants. They were seasoned and could easily be eaten without sauces. The Horsey sauce was new to me and it was just weird. Won’t eat that again. I’d say Arby’s is pretty good.

I LOVE Arby’s! So many people miss out on the good food here. I feel as though people just bandwagon and say they don’t like Arby’s because everyone else says that. Their food is always fresh and good when I come here for dinner. Their sliders are absolutely amazing. Tonight we tried the new Fried Strawberry pies and man aren’t they good! 10/10!!!

The service was good and the food was hot and well prepared. I got the Classic Double with crinkle fries. The reason they did not get 5 stars is because the restaurant was not very clean. I would come back, but there needs to be some attention given to the overall appearance of the store.

Went to the drive thru and ordered the big cheesy bacon cheeseburger, and wanted ketchup, mustard, and cheese along with the bacon ONLY, turns out they gave me a burger with nothing but buns and meat and that’s it! Why would I order a bacon burger if I didn’t want bacon on it? I’m giving the food 3 stars because the roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks are really good but I wanted a burger that night.

I stopped to get dinner while driving home from the Charlotte airport. From the time I stopped, until I was back on the road was only 12 minutes. Anymore, I consider this to be great turnaround for a fast food meal. My order was correct, my food was hot, and the staff was friendly.
