Here is my daughter’s slider. They packed it under the other sandwiches that came in a container. Also, asked for cheese sauce on this instead of the regular cheese. Got charged 2 dollars extra. My son and I ordered the steak bites sandwiches with fries and a drink. The meat was so dry and cold. My sandwich came with no cheese and no mayo. On top of that, someone packed one of the fries upside down. Once I saw that the place was empty, with no line in the drive through, I should have known. I would like to blame the terrible employees, but this is a management issue. I told my family that we will never go here again.

Used to be fresh sliced. Fresh curly fries. Now it’s wet roast beef out of a steamer and crumbs left at the bottom of the fryer. Eating out has gotten ridiculously over priced and very poor quality. On another note I am pretty sure folks handling food are supposed to be wearing hair nets!

We had a truly exceptional visit, the cashier was amazing. My only words of improvement would be the worker whom apparently has been told she has a lovely voice when in reality she is tone deaf. Everyone was incredibly nice and the food was served hot and perfect. We could have done without the kerokee though.

Filthy parking lot, nasty store. Slow service. Read my order back correctly but rang it up incorrectly. When the food came out fries were missing but they refused to include with order saying I didn’t pay for them. When I said I ordered them and them being left off was not my mistake the employee’s exact words were’ “That’s not my problem.” Maybe I should forward that to corporate as a suggestion for a new slogan. Instead of “We have the meats” they can use “That’s not my problem.” Avoid this Arby’s . At this point avoid them all.

Good quick stop on the way to CLT. Ordered the buffalo chicken slider for $1 (online special) and orange cream shake ($2 app special as well). The slider was really good and the shake was super sweet just the way I like it. Took a bit longer than I expected to received my order but other than that, no complaints. Good value for money and relatively clean spot.

Was there today at1:00. The girl on the register clearly did not want to be there. She never smiled and talked so low we couldn’t hear or understand her. My friend went to the men’s room and was not happy with the filthy toilet. The whole crew seemed confused and untrained.

The food here is great. They made mine fresh. I ordered a Reuben, Curley Fries, and a Coke. It was spot on. And of course I got 2 Roast beef sandwiches to take home. It was clean. They had half booths.

2 ladies very Courteous, Served in a friendly Manner one Named Keisha can’t remember the others name. They were Pleasant. The Food was served hot must have been just cooked. Especially the fries.. I will be back again for the Philly cheesesteak and fries. Thank you for your Service Ladies.
