this place is usually really good but today I got 2 cordon blue sandwichs for me and my wife and the bread and chicken was burnt. like really burnt. the crew was nice but I spent almost 40 dollars in food that made me sick.

Never fails to screw up my food. No tomato no cheese, I got the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich. Fire them all and start over. I wait another year to go back. Guarantee still the same problem. I used to love this Arby’s location, but the last few months I swear its always something. Entire food items are always missing out of bags; doesn’t matter if you go in person or DoorDash. I’ve been missing french fries, sandwiches, sauces, beverages…as someone who’s been a restaurant manager for roughly 6 years, I truly just do not understand the negligence this has become.
I will not be back to this location. Today was my final straw after dropping $30 on a DD meal and missing the French fries for the THIRD time in a month.

Ordered by doordash. Lamb Gyro the wrap was very old and hard. Had to be out of date. No horsey sauce on last order for large beef and cheese sandwich. Rather have cucumber sauce on the side so won’t be soggy.

I asked for a few extra “ARBYS SAUCE” and the nice girl SAID the General Manager, she did not know the name, instructed her ONLY2 sauces per sandwich!!! I NEED more SAUCE – my salvia glands got destroyed in neck radiation! I was PISSED! Hey, you GM, order enough of the BASIC NEED items!!!! Don’t sacrifice service to your customers! ONE POOR experience and we ALL FLEE! There are a LOT of choices out there these days!

Laziest bunch of workers of any of the fast food places on the street. Arby’s has a text message discount club. These guys don’t want to deal with that club so they lie to the customer claiming they do not have a working scanner for the bar code. The manager and all the staff should be fired. This fast food restaurant just might turn a profit with new staff.

Have had several issues with this location and I’m done! Several times Closing early, and now no cheddar for a beef and cheddar and give us crinkle fries instead of curly fries??? I have NEVER gotten crinkle fries at Arby’s. Didn’t even know they had them. On top of that they were overcooked and tasted like burnt potato skins. Wife’s Swiss dip was ice cold, Got a single instead of a double beef with no cheddar. Done with this franchise!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from this Arby’s location, and it was honestly one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever received. The tomatoes were old and soggy, the lettuce was wilted and barely there, and the chicken patty looked like it had been cooked several times over. On top of that, the mayo looked gross and off thick and discolored. The whole sandwich looked and smelled unedible. Now usually I enjoy Arby’s, but this was a huge disappointment. Definitely not the quality I expect. Management needs to check the food before it leaves the kitchen.

Literally just watched the manager take an order that was duplicated and put the chicken finger box on the fry rack and dump the fries from the bag into the area they dump the fries from the fryer then proceeded too dump brand new fries on top…..seems like this should be against some health department rule…..I could be totally wrong. That would just make it gross!

We went here on a Sunday at 7pm. We were the only customers there. Once we were ready to order, the staff was behind the kitchen and we had to yell out that we were ready to order. The young man was very apathic but got our order correct. I finally tried the beef and cheddar sandwich. It was ok. I dont like onions, and the bread had onion bits. The mac and chees was ok too. a bit stiff. Better options like the chicken sandwich. Service does need to improve.
