The employees at this location seem to always have a bad attitude. Besides that, Tonight I picked up my online order and when I got home 15 minutes later I realize they did not give me any au’jus sauce for my French dip. I called to let the manager know. To me the sandwich is no good without the au’jus. The manager first of all, hung up on me twice. Then told me that I could come get it right now or I could pick it up tomorrow. They were 15 minutes from closing. I asked would they replace my sandwich tomorrow because my wife and child are home and I didn’t want to leave again at 10:45 pm. She told me that they would only give me the au’jus tomorrow but if I want another sandwich I’ll have to pay for it. Then she hung up on me again and did not answer the phone afterwards. That is terrible customer service! It’s not a French dip without the au’jus! I left my family and went to get the sauce. Upon arrival the girl tells me that she is the manager and her name is Kiara but I spoke with the other manager who is on duty and her name is Kiara. I believe this person is a was dishonest and I’m very skeptical as to why she gave me au’jus in a regular drinking cup but only after she took that cup to the back for 3 minutes and then came back and filled it with au’jus. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. I will never go back to this location. This wasn’t the first bad encounter with Arby’s on east fire tower road, but it was the last for me.

My brother brought me home Arby’s roast beef and some of those quick cut fries and the sandwich is delicious but those crinkle cut fries are the best fast food french fries I’ve ever eaten not over done still hot after they got home.

I’ve had several problems with ordering online. Always a network issue. Once I got charged for a meal that I didn’t pick up. Ok, I quit doing that. So, today, 3/14/2023, I ordered a #2 classic meal. I got it to my table and realized it was quite small. Sorry, the sandwich. Everything else was fine. I took it up to the counter and they said it was all they had. It was slider size. If they had told me I could have ordered something else. No warning or apology. I just dealt with it. Paying 9.19for something not right. Oh well. Fast food don’t care anymore. Just collect the money.

I got drive-through at 8 PM Saturday evening, and the drive-through person was also the curly fry cook and she did me right. I got four good size roast beef sandwiches for $10 and then a large curly fry for three something so I am totally satisfied. $14 or less for food for three is not a bad deal these days.

I ordered two chicken sliders. The bun was good, but the chicken inside was flat & dry & tough..I could hardly bite it. The curly fries were slightly warm. The orange shake was good.
No one was inside so was not sure why the food was not fresh & hot made to order.
I might try something else different on the menu to give them another chance..I have not decided yet.

Only provided refund .. would rate lower if i could… When I came back and asked for Manager the young man came from back and looked at the sandwich … and said. .. ewwww do you want a refund!!??? lol.. ummm yes!!!! and much more!!! been up all night with son its 6am … his stomach is turning kept going to bathroom all night.. hospital is next if he doesnt feel any better.. smh…
