Asked for the number 1 double with curly fries and coke and a Swiss and ham sandwich. I asked for this all to be fresh and that I will wait. The lady at drive through gave me my drink and told me to park to wait. We were waiting for 2 minutes before she came out and handed me my food. The fries were warm not fresh and the sandwiches had meat that seemed like it had been sitting for a while. My drink was flat and tasted like watered down coke. I am highly upset because I did not mind waiting for them to cook everything fresh. This is not the first time but this is the only time I have made a review because at this point something has to be said and I’m sick of it!!

First time trying Arby’s, and it went well. We picked options that seemed to be safe to have to avoid going to another place and finish eating. I normally don’t like burgers’ meat, but this one was enjoyable. Bread and bacon were great, and the shake as well. The fries were not too bad either. It did take some time in the drive-thru, and then to have the food in our hands, but overall, it was a good experience.

If you want to have any decent level of service in the dining room, you might as well just order in the drive through, park, and bring it inside. As with most fast food places nowadays…it appears as though they’re only concerned with their drive through times. You can easily wait 20-30 minutes in the dining room before receiving your food.

The chicken salad sandwich had plenty of nice chunks of white meat in it but not enough sauce so overall it was dry. My husband had the classic chicken sandwich which he said was very good. They made some fresh crinkle french fries which were also very good. Service was very quick and the place was strangely uncrowded for a late Saturday morning.

I attended this particular Arby’s several days a month with a coworker. The food is always excellent. The rest of restaurant is horrible. 9 times out of 10 there isn’t any condiments by drink machine. You have to ask for them. All floors are always sticky. Restrooms are a disaster. Floors are filthy with urine and trash. No toilet tissue or paper towels. I know we r there at 11 and it is busy, but doesn’t anyone stock beforehand. The morality of the employees is a 50/50 chance of them being angry and not wanting to be there, or happy and cheerful. Once I witnessed an employee get into a loud verbal argument with a customer that all other customers heard and literally shook there head, finished their meal and left.
